Bug with Assassin Dex retroactivity

Assassins levels 61-80 will not get their 4th retroactive point. DO NOT log in your assassin until I hotpatch. Those affected will have to reincarnate, unless HC.

All servers have been reset. You are now safe to log in your assassins. Anyone affected by this can ask for DM help instead of reincarnating - just post here or flag one of us in game. We'll confirm in logging and then grant the missing point.
