Okay, aside from the empty room in the drow academy that needs the drow wizard's key but is empty, and aside from the unreachable room containing mystery armor in house Gur'atsz that may have something to do with their altar and an unfindable Sword of Sevaltarn, Zorgbot and her beholders are getting to me.
Bob talks about a book that the previous schlub had. Has anybody ever found a book among the beholders? Or was it just a gimic in the dialogue to explain why there is set loot from so many different dimensions?

Just a point of reference as someone who played a version of PoA back when the level cap was 20 the module has undergone many changes and while some things might end up broken due to being phased out or changes in design that each variant has made we may see remnants the remains from past iterations.

About the story of the sword, armor and altar. Maybe you should take a deeper look around a special slave cage.

Just a few things that you and others may be curious about: The Sheath of Stealth - the "easy" one from below the Goblin Commander: As soon as you hit the map, run up the center hall, hit your Lens of Detection and open the gate before it locks, then turn around and pop the lootspot behind you... it almost always will have the sheath and sword if done this way
The Sheath of Stealth - the "hard" one from the Hermit's Den: pop and empty both lootspots, when they respawn the Sheath of Stealth will be in one of the lootspots, don't remember which one.
Crystal Sword - pop the crystal in the corner behind the Hive Mother. When it respawns the Crystal Bastard Sword will drop.
If I think of any more I'll append this.

Great addition! Yeah, the "respawn" requirement really threw me! I didn't even know about the Hermit sheath! I wonder if there are other respawn triggers.
Easy Sheath of stealth: "Goblin Burrow" x="74.46" y="57.66"
Crystal Shard (Ixion item) is also with the Crystal Bastard Sword: "Underdark - Crystal Cave" x="54.03" y="53.59"
Should we include a full explanation for the closed off rooms in House De'Nat and House Gur'atsz?

iirc, there's a hole in the floor of the slave quarters that you can fall through to get to a hidden spot in one of the houses but I don't remember which one.
Also, it isn't the Crystal Shard from Ixion, it's just a Crystal Bastard Sword with 2d6 electrical and no bonuses

Yeah, in De'Nat, you have to fail the DC 50 pit trap . . . Which is really frustrating when you have a high dexterity!!! :-D

The sage also translates the Ancient Tome so you can use it to become immortal. Another spot that looks impossible to get to is in the Nether Caves level 2. There's a locked gate blocking a doorway. There is a circle on the ground in the middle of the map on the far eastern side, between the two ponds. A character(not a summons or pet) must stand in the circle, only then will the gate open. And also the braziers in the Rakshasa Lair are pretty self-explanatory, but my favorite is the puzzle near the wizard's fingerbone quest... you have to hit 2 switches so again requires 2 players(although there is a workaround here) Doing it correctly results in opening a secret door in a coffin that takes you to a another map iirc

I think they changed the two person requirement for the ancient tomb passage. x="74.77" y="156.20" is the sarcophagus that leads, one-way, into the deep sewers.
Yeah, the nether cave cell is a pain Also, trigger point in Nether Cave for the locked cell at x="14.16" y="119.68" is x="63.25" y="86.97"

Okay. The House Gur'atsz room is solved and working, but I have found another really odd mystery. in the Spider Cave - East There is a fully enclosed space up towards the north of the map. It is definitely walkable because, not only does the mouse show it as walkable, but I even see an exit trigger point north of x="24.91" . . . Maybe y=60?
However, I cannot find any indication of a trigger point that would let me enter that space. :_(
I don't know how to determine the mouse location without DebugMode 1. Is there a command for the mouse location?

I believe that's the new Rogues' Guild. Unfortunately I'm not sure what the trigger is... Rogue Stone, class check, skill check, no idea

I am not sure if its the spot you mean but in the original POA was a hidden area in one of the spider caves. There you could find the so called ranger gear. Best items in the games in these days. A few (all?) of them are nerfed and still in the game on different spots.

Nah, the thieves guild is in Spider cave west. Yeah. if you have a rogue stone and you can do a DC 1 pick pocket check at x="43.76" y="36.00" you hit the thieves guild.

What is weird is that I can see the exit from the hidden, enclosed area.
