A high physical damage slinger. Pharlan gives us +6 STR, high charisma, divine might, and still decent wisdom, which all adds up to competitive ab and much higher physical damage than a furchin slinger. We max out the beholder sling's +17 might, reaching +61 dmg on sheet at level 80 with bard song and self buffs.
Obviously heavily inspired by the Crack Slinger. Lots of info in there about slingers' special abilities.
Stygia plate armor and asmo shield both have 18 ac, which means we don't need abjuration and magic vestment to reach +20 ac with girding.
Pharlan is half-elf with access to LSA: Listen, so we don't need divination's listen bonus from clairvoyence/clairaudio.
Alltogether, this frees up our choice for 2nd domain power and epic spells.

We have 8 feats free (11 if you include the spell school tome) for epics.
A full supportive suite would be ESF trans (iof) ESF enchant (girding) ESF divination (miracle), dropping lsa listen like the furchin slinger and picking up PSK divination (2nd miracle + seren).
Another option I like for limbo is picking up the nature domain and PSF illusion. This gives you creeping doom stacking up to 25% physical inflicts with no save and no sr allowed. All together pretty amazing, but the sad thing is that it gets gusted all the time by winged mobs in hells and abyss. It also boosts our ranged conceal by 15%.
If your party is brave enough to run without miracle, that means you can cover all cleric buffs, girding, iof, and still have high damage and physical inflicts. (ESF enchant, ESF trans, PSF illusion). This is what I've been running with lately, but I'm thinking about dropping trans (iof) in favor of div (miracle). This way you get that extra bit of crowd control and party safety, and the lack of iof can be made up by partying with another cleric, a pariah, or a warchanter.
Cleric domains:
- Strength: obligatory for slingers
- Plant: Gives the creeping doom spell, which stacks up to 25% physical inflicts with PSF illusion.
- Knowledge: clairaudience/clairvoyence provides a great listen buff
- (Earth): If you can't fit elemental resists and soak on gear, stoneskin and energy buffer will help
