Is is possible to set accounts exeli (exeLi) and exeIi (exeii) to accept new cd keys please?

Evening , i post here but didnt ask exeli  seems i have the same problem new account Cylaothd (with c uppercase) and cd keys are denied for HG . Toon for this new account is "Leena Aniline" . Dont know if it can work or someone can solve* , but thanks in advance . Take care all Cyla
