Are there any set drops that grant earthquake immunity?
Are there any random items with earthquake immune to keep an eye out for?
Ditto for Greater Ruin.

It is specifically in the wiki. wiki.hgweb.org/wiki/EarthquakeGreater ruin needs immunity to all the individual spell effects, again explicitly listed in the wiki. wiki.hgweb.org/wiki/NWN_Epic_SpellsThere is no one item that grants immunity to greater ruin.

2 items in the game currently offer EQ immunity: asmo plate and Gyroscope (Limbo p2 belt). As for ruin immunity, you need the following: immunity to Death Magic, Mind Spells, spell immunity to Disintegrate, Implosion, Drown, and immunity to critical hits or 100+ parry (I believe % Critical Reduction from asmo rod or Crustacean Carapace also fills this requirement). If one of these is missing, you can go boom. The issue with Greater Ruin is that it is either widely used by sub-40 enemies where you have no chance to amass the required gear (unless you are dragged through PoM or insanely lucky with randomization), or in the very end of the game (chaos weavers in Limbo part 1), where you are facing much bigger threats.

You can try to stack resistances and immunity % to make earthquake less of an issue.
Using tactics like death of magic and bbod can make it not work effectively against you.

I've been using high positive immunity, but getting high enough limits my other options. Baelnorn works fine for safety, but then I can only hit single mobs with finger of death (Oddly enough, Sunburst never seems to do much damage) Hmm, I wonder if Plate of Anubis would give Baelnorn form an AoE finger of death . . .
My goodness, I need disintegration immunity for greater ruin?! I can cover the rest, but I don't know if I have seen that immunity, yet.

You can craft potions of protection from positive energy, using Dead Shimmerings you farm in Feywild (or that you pick in split from hell runs, they sometimes drop in the consumable chest). They are identical (and mutually exclusive) to neg pots, except they give 100% positive immunity. Be careful though, if you receive any kind of spell based neg imm (neg pot, shadow shield, UEF, etc.), the positive immunity will be gone. I used those on my shifter in Stygia and Cania for ice fiends, sometimes use them in Ely too.
Sunburst is used for instakilling undead in the first place. Its damage is weak, but damage isn't what you use it for.
If you really need disint imm for <insert whatever reason>, there are couple set items, like Cruel Relief amulet from PoM, Penumbrium Plate from thids, Integrity Ward from limbo 2 and more. To reiterate however: there is no enemy between immo run and Limbo p1 that casts Greater Ruin. You do not need to hunt for GR immunities from level 41 onwards (and you cannot realistically cover them before that), period.

When you need it you can’t, when you can it isn’t needed. So abandon ship.
