Fighter(32), Weapon Master(7), Monk(1), Elf, Undying
Yes this build has been posted multiple times before but this has all the latest revisions for anybody wanting to make something stupidly damaging and is not Kolyarut Halfling (heresy I know!)
Elves (can speak Elven)
- All elves can raise any cross-class skill to 31 (the normal level 60 limit) starting at level 41 for the normal 2 points per rank.
- For skills which are cross-class for their control class but which are class skills for one of their other classes, elves may raise them to the normal class skill limit for 3 points per rank above 31 in legendary levels. These skill ranks may not be taken on the same level as ordinary 2-point cross-class skill ranks; a skill must first be increased to 31 before it can be raised past 31 on a later level.
"Undying" (secret Beyond UltraRare)
- Never Gets XP Penalty
- STR +2, DEX +2, CON +4, INT +2, WIS +2, CHA +2, free feat: Dodge, free feat: Luck of Heroes, free feat: Great Fortitude, free feat: Iron Will, free feat: Lightning Reflexes
- Undying receive +3 skill points per legendary level.

Skills:
Intimidate 4 points before you take your first Weapon Master level!
Concentration 20 points
Discipline 63
Parry 63
Tumble 60
Listen 63 max to 43 on Monk level then changes to a Fighter class skill in LL
Hide 63 max to 43 on Monk level then use able learner in LL to take to 63
Remainder to Craft Armour and Craft Weapon
Note: Make sure you save enough to get Hide to 43 on level 40, if that means not spending all of your pre-legendary allocation on level up then that is what you should do
LL Feats:
LSA Tumble
Great Str VIII
Legendary Weapon Focus Falchion
Legendary Weapon Specialization Falchion
Legendary Disarm
Legendary Luck
Legendary Will
Fighters get +2 to both Strength and Dexterity in legendary levels
Paragon Feats:
Paragon Weapon Focus Falchion
Paragon Weapon Specialization Falchion
Paragon Disarm
Paragon Adaptivity I
Paragon Adaptivity II
Paragon Adaptivity III
Saves:
Fort:78
Reflex:81
Will:79
These are with +16 gear and Level 80 you can get another +2 to all if you achieve 7x Demi although I know a lot of people don’t do this so I didn’t add it in
Pandect: Probably Sneak Attack but could use others
Artifact: Strength
Pros:
Massive damage output with critical Threat range 10-20 and multiplier x4
2H weapon use for extra damage
Once per rest greater parry self immute
Fighter partial concealment in combination with max Hide skill
100+ ab
Epic Dodge
Falchion is the only weapon for which three area specific versions currently exist Uroboros (Cold), Locathah (Electric) and Elysium (Sonic) all doing 8d12 base damage for their element
Innate Sleep immunity
Does not need a Disarm pandect if you do have one handy you could take a couple more pre Epic feats such as Toughness and Greater Weapon Focus but you would need to use it pre-level 60 if you don't want to eat into your precious Paragon feats
Cons:
You are wasting the free Cleave feat granted by Monk but this is compensated by getting full pre-Epic AB and saves you a load of skill points (40) on the hide skill
Minor edit as I accidentally added in two more Dex
Alternative versions
You could take a level of Blackguard (or two at a push for the saves boost but this would require fiddling with feats) which would make you significantly more squishy in terms of AC and conceal (plus loss of Evasion) but you would then be able to use poisons. For people with access to 'God Tier' gear this is probably the way to go.
Can I make this with other races? - Yes but you will to significantly mess around with the Feats as Undying gets a stupid amount of free ones that really help a non-Pally/BG build achieve decent saves.
I have Deathless is it not better? - Marginally from a stats/feats (saves but these were hardly bad with Undying) point of view but it doesn't get Dodge so you would have to fiddle around with pre-Epic feats and a Disarm Pandect is pretty much a requirement in this case.
