RESOLVED Returning Player - No access to old CD Keys

I am so happy to have found that HG is still up and running!!

Is it possible to recover my old account / characters? I am not 100% sure of what the login was.. nor do I have access to the old CD keys.

Anyway, I am thoroughly enjoying playing the lowbie areas again!
