If you want us to be able to fix stuff like this, we need the playername and the charactername. In this case I believe ithey are: Ultimate002 bank man
Is this correct? Thanks, Funky

There is nothing we can do about recovering lost vault stuff guys. The first post in this forum was about recovering stuff from a character, which is possible in some circumstances (but wasn't in this one). Be aware that using a different cd key can cause your vault to appear empty. Funky

Greetings,
This is only a report (meaning I know it can't be fixed and am not expecting that).
Flindfoe YariDancer's vault "self-emptied" this weekend right after a successful immo run.
My other character's vaults are fine. I too am careful about watching the saved message as it appears over the vault upon closing.
Good 'morrow,
The Dancer (login: hfb)

Well, I found one sneaky bug with character deletion and fixed that, so maybe I can track down the cause of these issues as well. I SUSPECT lag is an issue, interefering with the game writing to the db, though it shouldn't be an issue - that's just the only explanation I can think. Interestingly enough, the data does NOT appear to be lost, and sometimes players come back to find their vaults restored, meaning that for some reason they are just disallowed from access in some bizarre fashion. Our storage system doesn't rely on CD key or ip, either, contrary to what I posted above, so that is not the explanation. I'm workin on it. Best, Funky

It's official, the vaults are safe. Lag was not the issue, it was a one-word error in the script, and it's fixed. The vaults are now 100% safe. If each of you that posted here messages me ingame, I will replace a few of the most valuable. Best, Funky
