it said in the "Ability Change Books From the Item Shop" that: "Psionic Inertial Barrier: increased effectiveness and duration of shield" can someone tell me the detail to those change?
and in it said in the "Ability Change Books From the Item Shop" that: "Ancient Dragon (all colors) ----- changed dc from 15 + lvl/2 to 10 + lvl, damage dice doubled" "Basilisk ----- Petrification Gaze: changed dc from 12 + lvl/2 to 10 + lvl " does the lvl include both druid and shifter or just shifter?

Can't remember offhand, but I'm pretty sure it varies from abilitity to ability. I DO know that I didn't change how that calculation works, however, so if an ability was combo before it still is, ditto shifter levels ony. Funky

Funky can u post those modify plz? and also what how will Rakshasa Shape's caster lvl be determined? is it just shifter lvl or both shifter and druid lvl? On "bastions of war" it say "Ice Storm: Has the following caster level when cast in Rakshasa form: (Druid level + Shifter's level) / 2 + 3. " is that the same for HG?

Old stats: Duration = (ShifterLevel/3) +1; Soak Power = (ShifterLevel/3) +1; Soak Per Hit = ((ShifterLevel/3) +1)/2, minimum 10; Soak Amount = ((ShifterLevel/3) +1)*10;
New stats: Duration = (ShifterLevel/2) +1; Soak Power = (ShifterLevel/2) +1; Soak Per Hit = ((ShifterLevel/2) +1)/2, minimum 10; Soak Amount = ((ShifterLevel/2) +1)*10;
Note that soak per hit will always be at 10, not sure why Bioware did it that way, but even increasing points per shifter level didn't affect it, nor would a level 60 NPC shifter.
