First of all not sure if these have been mentioned before or not.not about to go threw all the topics hehe. Shops-would it be possable to have like potions ect besides alchemy in just one shop instead of halfing to go to like 2-3 different places in town to get them.Same with armor ect. i understand the lvl ranges that ya did.but like the lil shop in the tavern i think it could that be like combined with the item/armor/weapon/excotic shop? -Friends List? with a noise for when they come online? -custom shop to build your own weapon/armor ect.cost varies depending on +'s ect. or have where trade skills are usfull, never tried them myself never hear anything about it so must not be to popular. magic items-could these be combined also? more than likely in the magic/potion shop. nother with shops-not sure if its possable or not to make tabs for like head pieces/chest/cape/glove ect? Start with these i know theres more just ones off the top of my head at the moment Thanks alot kool

Shops: I asked about this awhile back, and the answer is somewhat RP-related -- one-stop shopping wouldn't be very realistic unless they charge monopolistic prices, since they'd be the only game in town.
Friends List: A noise would probably require a custom hak (not an option). A text alert could be done, but the only place to put it would be in the combat log. That means it would fly by unnoticed if you were in combat. If you weren't in combat, you could just see the '<playername> joined as a player' system message, anyway. That's one of the reasons I usually have combat logging disabled.
Custom Gear: This also came up awhile back, and the reason is two-fold. First, the items could no longer by stored in the bank, since they wouldn't match up to any known item. Second, it would make balancing equipment within the mod even more difficult than the random gear already is. Many of the 'fun' properties, like spell immunities, are only available on tag-required items, for instance.
Gear Appearance: Not possible, but not necessary, either. With the crafting belt and a couple Int rings, you can use crafting to make those changes. And a universal dye kit to color as desired.

Hiryuu pretty much nailed all of those, but I will add that there will be a socketed-type item for players to configure VERY late in the game. Funky
