Almost everyone buys Haste potions before they reach lvl which is needed to wear some haste item. Haste potions are in Wanderous items shop. But there´s only one potion. So everyone has to buy one potion per 2 clicks. I would like a package of 10 Haste potions like heal or rez ect.

I don't know about 'almost everyone' - I've never bothered to, nor have any of the people I've leveled lowbies with. You can speed up the process bu using right click - nupad six. Funky

How's that work, Funky? I always buy several stacks of speed pots. I wasn't sure what you meant -- there's a faster way aside from clicking repeatedly?

If you right click on the potion, it pulls up the radial menu. The 'buy' option is on the right, or 3 o'clock position. It mirrors the position of number 6 on your numpad, if you look at number 5 as the center of the radial menu. Pressing numpad 6 is the equivalent of selecting 'buy' on the radial menu with the mouse. This means that you can quickly right click and hit numpad 6 with the mouse positioned over the item you want to buy, over and over, without moving the mouse at all - it's about 4 times faster than click-click, especially in lag. If the radial moves off center because the item is too far to the left of the merchant's inventory, you can always buy a few items at another merchant first, and sell them at the merchant you want to mass buy from until the item is further to the right. Funky

Ah, ok that's a good tip. I can understand why you are hesitant to do stacks of ten...you gotta draw the line somewhere, or else people will expect stacks of ten of everything that's stackable, and pots of haste are a limited-use item.

I'd have to say I never used the haste potions.
Now, firebombs on the other hand...

I never used them either, except when playing single player mods and i needed a boost to beat a boss, but since reading this thread i bought a bunch for my latest lowbie and they are actually great. They have a decent duration, give the extra attack and i always hate being slow anyway. Probably not highest priority to have them, but they were useful. As for fire bombs, now stacks of those would be nice, If I could find the ^&%*&^ things. If anyone can help me out and send me a PM as to where I can get them now it would be much appreciated. Ive heard something about a thieves guild but not sure how accurate it was and I can't find any evidence of it (Although I didnt look that hard )

I didn't use them with my first character but all of them since then I have used Potion of Speed and Bull's Strength. They work great at lower levels and are load of help in leveling. Acid Bombs and Fire Bombs are great too...and I was sad when the Alchemist stopped selling them. However, I was finishing up some stuff the other day and came across them again. Let me just say your prayers have been answered....10 stacks are great!

haste potions give +4 ac at low levels which is not to be sniffed at, esp for builds which are weaker earlier on.. not to mention the fact that you can feed them to your pets at low levels along with stoneskin and bulls strength for tanking summons (drag from inv onto pet or pet's portrait on party list) BUT - i don't think we should have 10 packs of haste if it means funky spending time and effort on it, as i'm sure that would be on the bottom of his todo list.

If I didnt have to buy haste potions indivually, then what would stop me from accidentally buying a harm potion, and then using it later? Whats the fun in that!

I think there should be a health warning that haste potions can be highly addictive to low level characters. Grizzle Guzzle took his 1st swig at level 4 and never looked back to Ale again... well until lvl 9 that is ;D

To be honest that is one of the downsides I found to NWN (like of maybe 2) in general. when you want to buy anything in quantity it has to be done 1 by 1 I hope this is something that they clean up in NWN2. The option to enter the amount you want to buy just seems more logical to me. Most RPG's already have that ability.
Plus certain things should be stackble that are not currently. Not sure if this is a HG thing or NWN thing. for example. The corn is stackable but TP crystals are not? Is there a particular reason for this.

I would imagine corns stack because a bunch of corn bundles nicely, or if you leave the corn on the stalk thats a convenient way to carry them around. Then theres the cornucopia - that does a great job of stacking corn! (also the word "corn" is right in there). TP gems are multifaceted, and would not bundle easily. Unless you decide to play a wicked game of jenga with them, but thats a different story.
The stacking/non-stacking thing goes into the "stuff that would get done if everyone had lots of free time" pile. In that pile there are things like : search for and fix spelling errors, filling in descriptions for loot and mobs, adding items and buildings to improve the feng shui of the town, etc.
PS - Requesting a large pewter goose facing east to improve town chi - now, not later funky.
