Ya know....while waiting for my cable connection...I found a server called Narcs bonds of Blood. It is a huge world and the ping is incredibly low. Dungeon and Dragons 3.5 is the only thing I got for a server name. Perhaps you could find out who does their PW. I was getting good results even on dial up.
Just Fyi....They are not nearly as wonderful as higher ground. Extream hardcore rules. but very low ping.

It looks like the admin's home DSL line, nothing magical. You probably live along the west coast, though, which makes a trip the Seattle quite a bit quicker than a cross-country trip (~ 100ms) to New Jersey. Our Chicago facility doesn't have a local SQL server, which is why I set HG up in Jersey. At some point, a cross-location file system may be an option, but one side or the other will take a hefty latency hit on server vault and db activity.
