Would it be possible to give rangers shield AC bonus if they dual wield or use a bow? e.g +1 shield AC per 5 ranger lvls when dual wielding or using a bow to a maximum of +12 at lvl 60. (or something similar) Just a thought considering that rangers get the dual wield feat for free at lvl 1. It could be considered as the ranger becoming more skilled using 2 weapons or a bow. The AC benefit would be lost when wearing medium or heavy armour. I think this is impossible, due to engine restrictions on armour types.

I would like to suggest making bards with 28+ levels of bard immune to deafness and mute at character level 32.

i think it could be done as a permanent undispellable spellike effect (kind of like the subrace immunities, or RDD immunities) but i don't think it could be differentiated between "while dual wielding or using a bow"

This is a suggestions thread, not a discussion thread. If you don't have a suggestion, post in Drunken Monk and link here if you really absolutely have to comment, please. Thanks, Funky

Okay posted this in the wrong thread, moving it to here =P For unarmed monks only: Remove AB penalty for Stunning Fist At Monk level 25, any Stunning Fist attack that lands adds half of monk level in magic damage. At level 40, counting LL, the magic damage changes to 1/3 of monk level, and an additional 1/3 of monk level in positive damage is dealt. Getting the following feats gives Stunning Fist new abilities: Disarm: Bigby's Interposing Hand Improved Disarm: Monk lvl/2 bard song effect, single target Called Shot: Bigby's Grasping Hand Ambidexterity gives attacks that land a monk lvl/10 (including LL if CC is monk) percent chance to cast Bigby's Interposing Hand on whoever is being attacked. Ki Strike +4 causes monks to regenerate Stunning Fist uses at 1/minute. Ki Strike +5 doubles that. Quivering Palm does monk lvl/2 bard song, effect lasts 2rounds/monklvl. Each Improved Stunning Fist I-X feat adds a single point of divine damage to attacks. Maybe allow kama monks to get the following changes as well as unarmed monks: Each Improved Spell Resistance I-X feat adds 1AC (to make up for lack of shield), 3-5% conceal, or lengthens the duration of Empty Body by 1round/monk lvl (if Empty Body never becomes infinite use). Empty Body becomes infinite use at monk lvl 45, or regenerates one use per 8 turns or some duration based on monk lvl. Wholeness of Body - Every few levels, the multiplier increases for this ability and effects are added. Monk lvl: effects 1-9: 2x monk level HP healed 10: 4x, Lesser Restore self 15: 6x 20: 8x, Restore self, Lesser Restore on allies in area 25: 10x, cures 25% of that to allies in long range 29: 12x, Restore allies in area 33: 14x, cures 50% to allies in long range 36: Greater Restore self (includes heal effect) 40: cures 400HP to allies in area, +20 (or 30?) per level over 40, to a max 800HP (or 1000) for pure monk (maybe make Wholeness of Body cure a % of allies' total HP, such as two percent per monk level?) discussion thread: highergroundpoa.proboards3.com/index.cgi?board=Thoughts&action=display&n=1&thread=5859&page=1

Bane of Enemies
Should provide an "exotic" type damage in addition to the physical damage during legendary levels.

I've had a look at assassins and have come to the conclusion that its not really possible to create an effective Str assassin due to the only subbys that enable taking the assassin class early giving dex boosts and no str. The other issue (which has been mentioned elsewhere) is that the assassin class has limited epic bonus feat options which do not include great Str. Therefore I have a couple of suggestions. 1. A new subby (or subbys) that give(s) a bonus to hide and move silently whilst focussing on Str as the primary stat, I'd go along the lines of Barbazu (possibly a BUR?). 2. Allow epic assassins to swap Improved Sneak Attack feats for Great Str, I'm not sure of the overhead involved in this but I can't see anybody taking this feat normally so it seems like a good option. There is obviously potential for a secret and/or UR subby for this class as well but after watching Barbazu in combat they seemed like the best fit for this build.
"Barbazu" (secret Beyond UltraRare subrace) - no race requirement (changes appearance) STR +6, CON +4, DEX +2, INT +2, Wis -2, CHA -2, +6 hide, +6 move silently, size large (not sure about this but they are 6 feet tall according to planewalker.com), speaks Infernal Bonus Feats - Possibly martial weapon proficiency (I’m guessing the Glaive is in fact a Halberd?) and if so also Weapon Focus Halberd. Not sure about the size thing as the NPC ones don't seem to use a shield (that is visible) but they'd suffer from a very poor ac for a Str tank if they can't use one and their primary weapon at the same time?

I wasn't sure if this belongs as a proposed class change or spell change, decided on class change as it would only affect 1 class.
Shifter abilities are all about increased control over self-transmutation. Can shifters get their shifter level added to their druid casterlevel for duration and effect for ONLY their defensive Transmutation spells? Probably should be only if cast on self, maybe only with an advanced Trans focus, and maybe not 1:1.
Suggested spells might include Virtue, Camouflage, Ultravision, Barkskin, Blood Frenzy, Bull's Strength, Mass Camouflage, Owl's Insight, Aura of Vitality - not that a good shifter is likely to be able to cast the last one at all.
Really I see the key self-Trans spell that the shifter could use some help on is Barkskin, but maybe you consider it a feature that a shifter needs outside help to get a better than +8 Barkskin on themself.

Allow Weapon Specialization: Unarmed and epic version bonus damage to be applied to Divine Slinger's damage ;D
Allow ranged weapon users that have taken Improved Critical for some weapon be eligible to take a Dire Aim feat that acts as a second stacking Improved Critical feat, to make up for the lack of keen.

Change the maximum dexterity bonus of the non full plate armors to make them an option to use over full plate. Example:
Padded armor = don't change Leather armor = 7 Hide/studded leather = 6 Chain Shirt = 5 Chainmail/breastplate/scale mail = 4 Splint mail = 3 Half plate = 2
With these numbers, provided you have enough dex, they are equal to full plate.

Enable a Bloodfire Mage with, say, 25 (including LLs if control class) lvls of rdd gain an increased duration of Tenser's Transformation. x3 or x5?

For Bloodfire Mage it would be really handy if their Sorc and RDD levels combined enabled them to gain Transmute Barrier withought having to take 25 Levels of Sorc as a class say perhaps they have to have a minimum amount of RDD levels or particular feat (s) as well as Epic Trans. Since caster Bloodfire Mages can go either way with the Control class it would be nice if they could get the wall both ways
