The goal to this build was to use a free subby able to do hell without getting killed on the first blow or save.
The end result is that it is tight on feats because of the save investments, requierments of WM and still get all the 10 greater strength feats.

(will leave a few points open free of choice) Then i think you have 2 free points ever LL, they can be used in parry (though you have crit immuun 28x15 sec.) or place it wherever you see fit.
Saves: Fort/refl/will -> 37/38/33 (+20 +6) 62/64/59
AC Naked: (11 base +2 as +8Tumble)= 21AC
Hit points: (2*8 + 38*12 + 20*12)= 712hp +(40*6con mod.)240hp = 952HP (972 with epic toughness)
AB: With a normal Scimitar around 80 and a BIG chance on crit, 55% with keen (Critical: 10-20 X3)

Some notes: The only save below 60 is will, this is not that importand for a melee then it is for a caster in hell.
Just below 1000hp is sufficiant but not spectaculair. Around 80ab for a non AA is good to my opinion (take note this is a free subrace).
Initialy (this is an old build being reincarnated) the rogue lvls where added to boost UMD and open lock but with all the changes and i never get the unlock skill past 100 listen is more importand. 2 rogues will give you evasion and since 29 wm gives nothing extra and 1 monk gives you evasion you dont get UMD so 2 rogue is the best option here i think (while bard gives umd you don't get evasion).
However i doubt this build can be improved feel free to comment.
edit: I dont know all the books that have been added but the Knockdown would suit this build
Changed: Overwhelming and Devestating to Epic toughness. Changed 2 rogue to 1 monk and 28 wm to 29. This will increase my ab +2 and increase my hp with 40 (60 if taken the 3th epic toughness instead of imp. whirlwind). Changed UMD for parry. Changed saves to luck and str soul
