Put all Legendary attribute points into STR except for the last one put it into dex this build will have an uneven STR if you do so. the reason I chose dex is to help with those checks in hell. and all skill points into Concentration/Discipline/Taunt. You will have quite a bit of extra skill points so I suggest heal for guild events.

Max HP's should be 1153 If I did the math right.

Pros. great saves, excellent AB, 64 STR with a 44 CHA, All 10 great smites for some extra damage, and you are completely immune to fire. and you are immune to fear of course. You gain a +8 to AC from tumble and a +4 to ac from RDD.

Cons. Great smite will not be at max damage but its very nice to have. The effectiveness of this build definetly requires a BUR subrace due to all the attribute points being spread around. If someone has an extra Glasdir I could use I'll be more then happy to try to remake it with Aasimar. Or if someone wants to be nice and donate a baseborn titan book (UR) I'll try to redo it with that.

Ok since all the new changes came out I used reincarnation and made changed him a bit. I now took an additional 2 levels of RDD to get my 1 point of AC back and to give me 90% fire immune. even with 90% fire immune nothing is gonna touch you for fire damage. it would have to be a ridiculous ammount of fire damage. I also dropped 5 AB to pick up Overwhelming Crit and Devestating Crit. and he still hits fine in the hells. With a Dis Bastard sword I hit for over 400 damage on a critical hit to some creatures. thats about a 100 damage more then what I was previously doing.

this is the gear I am using. (these arn't all the stats on the items just the reasons why have them equiped.)
Scintilating Scarf [bur helm] (20 to all exotic resists and 35 to all element resist)
Gloves of the amnizu [bur gloves] (+12 WIS/DEX 10% physical immune 5% divine immune)
Wings of the Storm [bur shield] (+12 CHA 50% Cold/Elec immune with 50 to Cold and Elec resist
Ygretts Evanescent Locket [bur ammy] (+17 AC 5% physical immune 25 damage resists and soak +15 soak 10.
Aasgarts Aversion [ur boots] (breach immunity and 5% physical immune)
Soul of Light [ur belt] (+6 to CON and paladin spell slots)
Vangaurd the Daystar [ur plate] (+6 to CON/STR and paladin spell slots 30% physical immune)
Ectoplasmic Weave [thid cloak] (bigby immunity and word of faith immune 10% physical immune]

Still looking for more gear but everything is pretty much maxed except for STR only have +6 to my STR.

Modified it a bit because a guildy gave me an idea to take bard at 27 and to take my pally levels in between my RDD levels to take the Great Smite feats to gain extra STR. by doing it this way you gain a +2 more to your strength without sacrificing anything. and you can still get 30 points in tumble with taking bard at 27. but you need to save some skill points to do that or you will fall short.

Why did you choose bastardsword? It takes a feat and other weapons have better crits.

First of all its my favorite medium weapon, and I have every version of the weapon except for the level 22 rare and the Dis drop. and bastard sword also gets 19-20 x3 critical now if you didn't know.

You can make the build with any weapon you want. I would use long sword becuse it is my favorite weapon and i have the all from lvl 29 to dis. Love the build but can you get more smites in before lvl 40?

Updated the build some more since I had no choice to remake. I have some different ideas so being forced to remake isn't such a bad thing which I think benefits the build much more then it was previously. This would be my 4th remake and some feedback would be very much appreciated. I know Its a pretty standard build which is probably why it didn't receive that much attention in the first place.

any other subbies this might work with? Half Dragon White? I really like the taunt skill with this type of build but do you find that you ever fail to taunt something? Any idea what the minimum skill points you would have to put into taunt to have it still be effective? For instance I read somewhere that putting 9 pts into pick pocket is enough manhandle the drow in most cases, any idea what a magic number for taunt would be?

Honestly I am not too sure with taunt I haven't had the chance to really use it yet. I've had to remake this character 4 times. I would honestly just max it out. you get plenty of skill points to do so. and they changed pick pocket a bit you need more then 15 points for it to be effective now.
