This build is meant to be a Beast of a tank having rediculous immunties and very high regen 47% physical immunity Pre Items 5% in the elements
Possible races = Hound archon Planewalker Earth genasi dwarf rakshasa
Using Planewalker human, Stats (final w/Double demi)

16 con+2 18 (42) all stat point into this

Skills in order of importance: Discipline Intimidate Tumble
Total feats from build 2(start)+13+2(barb bonus feats)+7(LL)=24
Feats In order of importance: Toughness (6 regen/round +60 hp), Still spell, Spell focus transmutation, Greater spell focus transmutation, Heavy armor profienciency, Epic damage reduction I,Battle hardened I-IV, Weapon focus, Epic weapon focus, imp crit, epic spell focus transmutation, Epic Prowess, Leg weapon focus, saves feats(mainly reflex), Terrifying Rage

wiggle room =7 feats (2 LL's)
reccomend you book into Abjuration for the epic as it helps you alot
Reccomended spells: Mage armor Endure Elements Magic weapon GMW Keen edge stone bones ghostly visage bestow curse elemental shield Mestils acid sheath Stone to flesh displacement flame weapon
Spell notes: Stone bones gives 27% physical immunity+ crit immunity
GMW is +14 (15 if using a spare LL feat for leg focus)
Keen works on all weps
Endure +mestils +elemental shield gives

I use Pentavite shield on him for the useful 100% electric I would reccomend the Crest of Vile Darkness as the asmo arti for the exotic immunties and mord/breach immune ( A MUST) with the Physical immune numbers you could be getting

with your immunities pre ally provided buffs (shunt aegis ect)
as you can see outside of hells your taking only damage from magical divine and positive energy
HP/Regen
2004 max hp = 100 hp regen every 3 seconds or 200 a round
All in all this build is just a giant brick wall
AB wise you tend to be lacking (although you can get 85-90ish with proper balancing) and your saves pop the 60 point with reflex feats
well okay with aegis +12% immunity and 10 exotic resist this is the required Amount of damage to deal you damage
88+ magic damage in 1 hit
88+ Divine damage in 1 hit
Negetive immune
63+ Positive damage in 1 hit
will not protect you vs spells but all basic attacks will be phased to 0 as your crit immune manage to avoid taking over 287 damage a round in spell from magic or divine and 263 a round from positive or a combination of that and you will never take damage and just remember unless your taking double that you will last a good 10+ rounds and most fights can be over by then.
Remember if picking your weapon pariahs are auto large sized.
