it's probably some kin of bioware bug, but as long as you use a kama (or goad or nun, or Qstaff if you have 20 monk) in your main hand, both main and offhand use the UBAB progression and you can use flurry.

On the subject of waraxes, wouldn't you lose the special monk AB progression for using a non-monk weapon? Yes, each subsequent attack would be at -5 instead of -3, but you'd still have 7 attacks per round. Fists: 6 base attacks + haste = 7 Dualing waraxes: 4 base attacks + haste + 2 offhand = 7* Worth it for the benefits to AC and damage i think. *Assumes you have improved two weapon fighting

Just a thought, which kind of AC a PM class provide then? I guess it's natural AC but that stacks with items? So is DD str bonus AC consider as innate natural AC? nwn.wikia.com/wiki/ACPM bone skin AC is 'other' AC which stacks with everything... ...although on HG there are special rules about tumble ac and bone skin AC stacking:
