The two things you require are not available on standard weapons. The level 35 rare weapons have a decent ab of +7 and have 5x some sort of elemental damage modifiers (2d10 or 2d12). The Ssithrak weapons have +12 and a couple of damage modifiers (you will need to be tagged to use these). There are two weapons found in the desert (a light mace and a dwarven waraxe) that have +13 and a few damage modifiers, you need to be immortal to use these. Finally the Dustbone weapons have 6x elemental/exotic modifiers but no ab addition and require the Dustbone tag to use them. Obviously there are a lot of other handaxes available but these are the top of the pile. If you are looking for a slightly easier to obtain handaxe I believe there is one in Razhids but you'll need somebody with decent disable traps to get it and I can't remember its exact statistics.

Thanks for the info...right now I have 2 axes one come from MoaD if Im not mistaken and the other one prolly a random rare. First one has +9 and 4 types of dmg and the second one has +7 and 5 types...both are keen and have another stat mod or something...but the thing is when I go to the desert...I do so little dmg sometimes I feel ashamed..I guess being a dexer doesnt help...hehe... Thanks anyway

I had a similar problem with rapiers. I had lots of non-rare ones, but they were kind of embarassing in the desert ("I hope nobody notices my 0-6 damage -- at least I look busy!"). Even the Moad rapier was lousy in the desert. Once I got a level 29 rapier it was amazing how much difference it made. I made some perhaps unwise trades to keep my wm and bard well-weaponed.
The level 29 Handaxe is called Fleshcutter. It has no bonus enhancement, though is keened. With a GMW, this is a fine weapon for most uses. Someone loaned one to me when I was in Raz, and wow, what a difference.
The level 35 handaxe is Hand of Fate. I've been quite happy with this everywhere except vs. grubs in beholders. Like most level 35 weapons, this one has +7 enhancement and keen. As a dexer ftr/wm/rogue, with decent ab this will critical devs and abimanders for a lot of damage. The +7 enhancement is enough to get by with in a pinch, though of course GMW and bardsong will be nice. You can also carry a greater horn of blasting for unlimited though short-lasting bonus +2.
The DB Handaxe is Mishma's Fury. Like most (all?) DB weapons, it has no enhancement and no keen. It's in very high demand. So for most characters you really need a GMW to properly use. My dexer does 200-350 point crits on a lot of monsters with this weapon. No, it's no scythe WM doing 500+ points, but that's the tradeoff for being a dexer.
Like chainlink said, the desert weapons are the two scimitars (fire and acid), the aftershock light mace, and singe the dwarven waraxe. Aftershock is really quite nice if it fits the damage you need to do -- the builtin +13 is really handy. I believe the Raz handaxe is Ice Reaver, which is +8 and has some rather disappointing damage. Good for a few middle levels perhaps, but I suspect the store-bought mystic handaxe is better.
A tactic some people use in the desert is to do weapon switching. Screelings? Get out the caustic mace(s). Sands? Get out aftershock or some other electric weapon. It depends on your usual weapon, but if I remember correctly, the caustic mace damaged screelings far more than the level 35 rapier (which is otherwise superb). I don't recall on handaxe -- the level 35 kukri does enough that I don't bother switching.

There is curretnly a FleshCutter handaxe in one of the auction chests. Can't remeber which server I put it in, but it was at 50100100 last I checked.
