I got Half-Guardinal and was trying to figure out what to make with this that would make the most of the Evasion feat and this is what I came up with.

Cons:
Need to take Exotic Weapon Proficiency as the only Finesseable weapons with 18-20 apart from rapier are in this category.
Notes
You could of course take Exotic Proficiency earlier and go with kukri and whip or alternatively purely focus on whip as it gets the disarm feat free (on most whips) and give yourself free feats to play with. I would then use the kukri purely for damage output and swap to the whip I wanted to disarm stuff.

2/7/07 Changed improved expertise to LL WF based on new edits.
18/7/07 Added parry information, also note that the boss in Minauros drops books with added feats now, including one with disarm and improved disarm so you could save a couple of feats and hope you get this. I'm hoping there's one with knockdown and improved knockdown as I couldn't squeeze these feats in on this build.
