About:
This build takes the maximum number of Shadowdancer levels possible and combines the defensive abilities of the Shadowdancer with some of the offensive prowess of the Arcane Archer.
It doesn't have the same level of added damage from Enchant Arrow that a 'Flurry of Arrows' would get, or the Sneak attack damage that a 'Long Range Rogue' would get, but it DOES have 60% conceal, 20/+15 damage soak, immunity to necromancy, death magic and negative energy, +14 dodge AC (to help combat AC penalties and allow more gear flexibility) and still gets the use of the various AA bows in the mod.
At level 60, it has 8 attacks per round (including haste and rapid shot).
From level 50 it also has the ability to become Ethereal, at will, with no cooldown timer.

Saves should be Fort: 62, Reflex: 75, Will: 62.
AB should be around 91 including bardsong.
Hitpoints should be 952 (including +12 CON from items).
The build is designed to be played as artillery rather than a dex tank, using Shadow Evade's etherealness effect to continually reposition out of harm's way before letting arrows fly.
This build would be even better suited by the Half-Kyton subrace.
Here's what i'd change (feat-wise anyway) using Half-Kyton:
Half-Kyton feats:
Swap Dodge -> Bullheaded (LSA Discipline enabler)
Swap Mobility -> Blind Fight
Swap Blind Fight -> Great Fortitude
Swap Great Fortitude -> Great DEX VI
