I'd really appreciate some comments on a build for once
I made this for my friend's Yukio. In a nutshell, it's a staffmaster wielding a bow, with a single WM level in order to get +10% concealment on Etherial Visage, and 3 levels of 1 BAB classes to get a Tier 1 LBAB increase from Tenser's. Control Class is Wizard for buffs, and you get three epic spells as well.
Will the AB be enough? BAB at level 40 is only 21... Tenser's is supposed to raise BAB to that of a Fighter of the same level, but I also hear it might be bugged.
The HP is also pitiful, 254 unbuffed at level 40, getting +12 Con boosts it to 494. At least Tenser's will provide lots of temporary HP.

21-39 Wiz :: Epic Weapon Focus Longbow, Epic Prowess, Iron Will, Whirlwind Attack, Great Dexterity x2. (Bonus: Great Intelligence x3, ESF Transmutation, GSF/ESF Divination)
40 WM :: Skill dump
41-60 Wiz :: Legendary Weapon Focus Longbow, Legendary Fortitude, Legendary Will, Great Dexterity x4

25 Concentration in order to get Improved Combat Casting
Max Discipline at level 40
Max out Tumble and Parry to 21 at level 40, leaving you with 99 skill points.
I'd suggest getting Heal and Lore, for Guild Events and Banking. You may also want to get Pick Pocket.
Saves at 60 are F/W/R: 61/60/68
Epic Spells
For the three Epic Spells (including one from book), I'd choose Transmutation for the Wall, Divination for the one free instant autorez + buff, and Abjuration for the Mass Spell Destruction to lower SR for casters and strip conceal for damagers. Illusion for Starfire might be another good one to take, for mass KD and some damage, which could be a party saver (perhaps replace Divination for it, your life or the party's?).
