I'm certain he can be built better, but this is my build so far. Any suggestions? Biggest drawback is that you don't get 9th level spells until late and terrible saving throws (except fortitude). *edit: removed paladin level for monk level*

Why take more than 25 sorc? Also, you can't take pally. You should probably reread the class blook, you can find it on the forums as well, in the Customizatinos forum under Quasiclass board. Funky

With that in mind perhaps 1 monk for evasion tumble dump AC and discipline dump (although you could always have another barb level at 40 for disc).

More sorcerer for the feats.
That sucks about the paladin, I guess I'd do monk then in place, though his crappy saves are now 10 lower.
edit: updated to reflect monk instead of paladin

I would lose the two combat casting feats, and take 21 barb. you lose 1 more feat, but you can rework con to be odd, saving stat points to boot. You can then get the barb bonuses from LL to boost con, as well, gaining a net 8 'feats' just from the con bonuses. The LL foci only check to see if you have epic, not control class. Funky

considering that your reflex saves will suck and your ac will too. why the need for evasion or tumble? edit: rephrased

Why will your AC suck? Or was I the only person thinking that the Still spell feats were there because Pariahs were intended to wear armor and shield? (Admittedly, having to go with 50% conceal instead of 75-80% sucks, but if that's the idea of the quasi, might as well embrace it...) edit(ed again for clarity): I meant the idea of the quasi was that you wear plate and shield and go with displacement for 50% conceal... not that the quasi sucks

the list counts wisdom ac from monk, so it seems this is intended as a robe caster without shield. (even an ev shield would kill the monk ac)

Or was I the only person thinking that the Still spell feats were there because Pariahs were intended to wear armor and shield? The still spell feats were included to give you the option; stacking the Pariah Stone Bones spell on top of the 25% from most UR heavier armors, then adding what you can get from cloak, boots, and so on gives very, very nice physical damage immunity. Indeed. So you can go the Ethereal Visage route and get a mixture of conceal and physical DR, or go for lesser conceal and more DR (not just physical) with plate and shield. With a druid in the party and ok gear, elemental damage won't be much of an issue either until the very toughest areas of the mod but exotic damage will be a big problem.. ...an armoured Pariah is sort of like a DD with higher damage output / grab hands and 50% conceal, but without the ability to recover from sticky situations with a heal pot. I still think even with the available regeneration listed that's going to be a very tough quasi to play in many areas of the mod. Am I missing something obvious? I still want to make one.

Acaos The problem with that is you need to use a lot of tia gear if you want to be an effective caster in the hells. Stones bones makes up for the damage immunity tank classes like DD get for free but gear wise if you plan to cast, your not going to get anywhere close.

Given that most of the caster robes don't add -that- many slots, I don't think it's a huge problem to give up a caster robe for significantly better protection. Most of the other Tiamat caster gear has the same base immunities as the other stuff (e.g. 10% physical on the cloaks).

Bumping this build as it stands its the ONLY non PM caster build that is immune to criticals so take that into account when building a pariah you will be immune to criticals ( for the longest time out of all classes )
