Heres something right off the rocker....
Human "Minotaur" STR 8 DEX 12 CON 14 WIS 18 INT 12 CHA 8 (Base) STR 12 DEX 10 CON 14 WIS 20 INT 12 CHA 4 (Racial) All stat gains to WISDOM
Lvl 1 FTR, 2 Monk, 3-39 Cleric, 40 Monk, 41-60 Cleric
Domains (user preference)
Feats in order taken : Lightning Reflexes, Toughness, WF (Longbow), Combat Casting, Zen Archery, Max Spell, Silent Spell, Spell Pen, GSpell Pen, SPfoc (evocation), GSPfoc (evocation), Epic SP Pen, WIS 1, Epic Spfoc (evocation), WIS 2, Improved Combat Casting, WIS 3, Armor Skin, WIS 4, WIS 5, WIS 6.
LLfeats (Wisdom, LL focus)
This crazy build is a caster cleric primarily. But has decent AB with a longbow for backup. To achieve this Zen archery and pure wisdom is a must.
Naked Mundane lvl 40 Stats AB with longbow = 38 HP = 442, AC = 33 DC (evocation) 29 + spell level SR pentratation = 43 + d20
Skills maxed are Concentrate, Heal, Spellcraft, Tumble, leftovers to discipline @ 40. Not much discipline... adjust to suit.
CMON now... is this an crazy idea or what !

Interesting idea. When I read "Mino Shaman" I immediately thought of the bull-like shaman characters in WoW, and have thought about making something like that on my own, using Druid. But really, a Cleric works too for the theme of "shaman". Seems like you could sub Druid in for Cleric and not lose much too. The fighter is for all the proficiencies, and a bonus feat, no? But why two Monk levels instead of just 1 at 40? This seems to be a trend lately, with people saying "Well, if I'm going to take 1 level of monk, why not take 2, and get Deflect Arrows for free?" (which incidentally makes sense in a number of builds). Actually, thinking about it some more, I'm guessing it's so you can get the wisdom AC modifier early on, so that makes sense. Getting 20 WIS off the bat is obviously great. Seems like a pretty straightforward build and idea. Me likey.

I went cleric for GMW.... and other decent buffs so the build would be able to contribute in a team enviroment.
1st monk is for AC bonus. 2nd monk is for maxing some skills at the end. Defelect wouldnt work becuase two hands are used for longbow.

I am going to try this out. What kind of armor should this build wear? I am level 5 with full plate and it pretty much negates all the points I have put in tumble. I think I am at -13 in tumble at level 5

The AC bonus granted by ranks in tumble (1AC/5ranks) is not affected by armour, or Stat bonuses. The roll to check if foes get attacks of opportunity is affected, and is rolled at the value shown on your character sheet.
The important part is the AC bonus. With a monk level at 40, make sure you save enough skill points to max tumble to 40 ranks (8AC bonus)
So strap on that full-plate, and let them have Attacks of Opportunity! They won't hit very often, as you tumble around their blows!
Although I notice Monk has also been noted for it's AC Bonus, which I think is negated if you wear armour. Check how much AC bonus the armour will actually give you (At low levels I'm guessing that plate is worth it ... later, check with the build-designer)

why not use sling instead AND take strength domain? You'll be a nasty rockthrowing shaman this way...

The only prolem is that a longbow does not show on a minotaur... A crossbow does, however it has no combat animation so it looks like you are just standing around...
Other then that, a nice build!
