Ok my thinking from this build is a little different then most. I went with two different damage types and three different layouts to switch from on the fly (2h for high dmg, dual-wield for quick dmg, and 1h/shield for defense), and with the shapechange at lvl 30 Rdd i can keep the greataxe equipped at all times and just switch what im using in the offhand. I chose the Greataxe and Warhammer for vary dmg types and the same x3 critical multiplier, i dont think there is a bad combo to use here
This is my first build that I've post anywhere so any help and/or advice you guys can offer is appreciated
thanks in advance

If you're going to take a half-dragon subrace and become a Dragon Disciple take the white option, OK it limits your choices but you don't end up with any elemental vunerabilites and have innate 100% fire and 65% cold immunity. Any other half-dragon builds leave you open to some nasty damage in some higher level areas. Also I'd save some Feats and not bother with the weapon specialisations, +2 then +4 damage for two Feats, a complete waste if you ask me.

I agree with Gald's comment - you should really consider to change the base subrace to white dragon. The white dragon/RDD combo will give you a toon without vulnerabilities and with the right equipment you could be immune to most elemental damage:
100% immunity to fire (RDD), 65% immunity to (white dragon), 100% immunity to elec (Pentavite shield), while sonic and acid can be achieved through a pair of dachy rings or partial immunity rings. With the right armour (immortal armour is a good start)+cloak+bracers you'd have some nice physical immunities too (around 50%).
I would seriously consider getting 50 levels of RDD to get the final RDD ability bonus. The downside to this is that you can't maximize tumble (and UMD!) through bard at lvl 40 so you will loose 4 to ac.
Personally, I think your ac may be too low for fighting without a shield. If that is the case then drop some of the fighter levels as well as ambidexterity, 2w-fight. Don't think I'd pick both the weapon specializations either - those extra +2 damage may not be worth it
Also: not sure if the list of legendary feats were suggestions but remember you can only pick 7 of the 10 you list there.
Cheers,
Claus

Also with the uber strength boosts from RDD +8 first ten levels, +10 from the next fourty (if you go 50 RDD) and +20 from all your stat boosts I might be tempted to save some of the Great Str feats and use them for Great Con (to give you even more stupidly high HPs) and Epic Damage Reduction. I've just got my RDD to 120 ac after getting the Illithid tag using the Pentevite shield and Penumbrian plate at level 45 not bad for a Str tank.

Hmmm ... wasnt even thinking when i was picking which Half-Dragon to go with, white is a much better choice
as for pre-epics feats, whats one should i use if i choose not to take the weapon /focus/spec and/or two-weapon fighting feats?
and the 50 Rdd, what do i gain besides 3 str by goign more then 45 Rdd, not seeing the benefit of those 5 levels
thanks again for the replies, i will see if i can get a tweaked build posted and see what you guys think then

One other thing i noticed is the high initial dexterity, you only need 13 dex to get dodge and mobility and when you equip heavy plate your dex modifier will only be 1 anyway, so it appears that the 2 extra dex points are wasted. Unless your race has -2 to dex and you didnt put it in (typo) in which case it makes sense.

the initial build was for two-weapon fighting, which you need the 15 dex for Ambidexterity

Two weapon fighting is suicidal in LL areas unless you can back it up with a high ac, epic dodge and self concealment or spells that give similar boosts (etheral visage, etc.) , I couldn't see it ever being that effective on a Str based toon due to the lack of the previously mentioned abilities.

Please correct me if I'm wrong but if White half-dragon gives 150% fire vulnerability and RDD gives 100% immunity isn't the net a 50% vulnerability still?

The RDD does not give 100% Fire immunity, it gives Immunity to fire. Meaning that your Toon is compleatly immune to fire and its effects. There is not a percentile associated with it.

Yep, one of my 1st chars was a white dragon subrace combined with RDD and the fire immunity blocks all fire damage even if vulnerable via white dragon. Just thought I would mention this in case they wanted proof.

Any reason why you max heal? I'd like to spread some points to lockpicking/traps.

I followed the build using the test chamber, my hp were lower than your revised builds final epic stats and I had 1 more point of Con since I used Prismatic sub and I did some shuffling of stat points. Also, for my final Epic feat I couldn't take Epic DR, it wasn't available.
