The point of this build is to combine the druid's dragon shape feat with 20 pre-epic barbarian levels (higher AB) and 1 monk level (wisdom AC) for a dragon 'tank' that makes use of the barbarian damage reduction and uncanny dodge (retains dex bonus to AC when flatfooted).
Race:
Thri-Kreen (wisdom +2, armor skin, walks on quicksand among other things)
Progression:
22 Barbarian / 17 Druid / 1 Monk
Starting stats: (base/subrace)
STR 9/9 *had to dump it somewhere, this could equally go in dex or int)

3: Zen Archery (should make use of the high wisdom while you're waiting on dragon shape)

12: Wisdom, Improved Critical Unarmed (the only weapon feat that applies once shifted apart from Epic Prowess)

100% immune to electrical damage
Immune to Paralysis, Mind Immune, Sneak Attack Immune
True Seeing
Some maxed dragon stats @ 40
AB: 64 - with maxed str (+6 ab) and gmw (+14 ab)
FORT: 65
REFLEX: 61
WILL 52
(naked saves +6 for maxed str, dex and wis, +20 maxed saves)
AC and Hitpoints will also increase significantly once Armor/Belt/Shield is equipped and Constitution maxed, although I'm not sure how to calculate these. (AC doesn't work the same as for other classes).
