Updated to note that Barbarian Mighty Rage now adds an attack/damage bonus effect rather than stacking enhancement on the weapon (with unresistable damage).
Updated to note that monk assassins may hone their gloves.
Updated to note that rangers receive a shield bonus on offhand weapons.
Updated to note that Dwarven Defender natural AC bonus cap is lowered by their RDD AC bonus if they have one (to a minimum cap of +16).

Added changes to Wholeness of Body for monks, Rage for barbarians, and Divine Wrath for Champions of Torm.
Noted increased damage on Defensive Weave for Dwarven Defenders.
Added Stoneguard for Dwarven Defenders and Ki Reflection for Weapon Masters.
Stunned Groo with new improved Stunning Fist after 1d3+1 years of waiting.

Updated ranger book to indicate that you can no longer take Favored Enemy feats in legendary levels, and that double weapons do not get ranger dual wield ac. Funky

Updated to reflect the following changes:
C/E Board and Book ===== xo- Arcane archers can now toggle between single and multitarget Death Arrows using !opt deatharrow. DC on the single arrow is still capped at 49.
xo- Instead of getting both Str and Dex bonuses for every 5 legendary levels, Barbarians now only get strenth bonuses, unless they have the weapon finesse feat, in which case they get dexterity instead of strength.
xo- Champions of Torm now get +1 bonus Str every five legendary levels.
xo- Fighters now get a special Parry-based concealment against all attacks, instead of the normal Parry crit concealment everyone else gets. Details in the Fighter book in the Item Shop.
xo- Characters with 5 levels of Harper Scout can now take UMD as a cross-class skill in legendary levels.
xo- Palemaster critical immunity and ac have been altered. Details in the Palemaster book in the Item Shop.
xo- Rangers now get their wisdom bonus added to their AC, if they are wearing light armor, and have no shield and no monk levels. xo-Ranger offhand ac while dualing is now 1/3 ranger levels, including legendary levels if control class is ranger, to a maximum of +20 ac.
xo- Red Dragon Disciples have a different stat gain progression now. Details in the RDD book in the Item Shop. xo-RDD fire immunity now scales, as minimum fire immunity, ignoring vulnerabilities, starting at 10% at 4 levels of RDD and increasing 10% for each additional level of RDD to full 100% immunity at 13 levels of RDD. xo-RDDs now get +1 ac per 3 RDD levels, instead of the old progression, to a maximum of +10 at RDD 30.
xo- Shadowdancers now acquire HIPS at level 10 instead of level 1.
x-Druids with 31 druid levels and a level of monk can now benefit from monk ac while wearing light armor and/or a shield, but with a -3 ac penalty. They still get full monk ac when shifted if they have a monk level.
xo- Weaponmasters now get +1 ab at 10 levels WM, +1 ab at 29 levels WM, and +2 at 30 levels WM, for a total of +4. xo- The duration of Weapon Master Ki Reflection was increased to 15 seconds per Ki Damage use.
C/E Board and Multiple Books ===== Blackguard & Paladin xo- Divine Grace now only benefits good characters, and Dark Blessing only benefits evil characters.

Updated to reflect the fact that classes with feat swap/conversion are no longer barred from deleveling at the altar, UNTIL they perform a swap. This only applies to new characters made after this update. Also the following changes to classes were made:
* Assassin Improved Invisibility Grants 25% + ((Assassin Level + Hide) / 3)%, capping at 67% conceal
Breach boots no longer affect Assassin II conceal
* Champion of Torm
Improve Nimbus recharge time to be 3 min (from 4 min)
Improve DW duration to Cha Mod * 2 at 20 CoT, * 3 at 30 CoT, * 4 at 40 CoT, and * 5 at 50 CoT
Swap Epic Prowess for Great Strength
Auto restore penalties after 6 rounds at 25 CoT, 5 rounds at
35 CoT, 4 rounds at 45 CoT, and 3 rounds at 50 CoT (requires 25 class levels of CoT)
* Paladin
Lay on Hands grants crit immunity to target (cannot target self)
for 1 round/paladin level including LLs; requires CC Paladin
* Shadowdancer
Shadow Daze becomes Confuse at 40 levels SD inc LLs, and Medium AoE at
45 levels SD inc LLs
Shadow Daze inflicts 1% negative vulnerability per SD level above 45
on targets in the AoE, fortitude save against
Give SDs immunity to blindness at level 15 SD Swap Epic Reflexes for Great Dexterity
* Red Dragon Disciple
Use SetSize to enable the different half dragon appearances
Allow half-dragons to gain their element immunity rather than Fire,

Using Called Shot on an enemy adds a temporary onhit to the
ranger's weapon; if the ranger hits the called foe within
the next two rounds, the enemy has to make a Fortitude save
or die; even if the Fort save succeeds they still lose
(Ranger level inc LLs / 10) Con. The enemy must be a Favored
Enemy and Con drain does not stack. Requires 35 ranger class
levels and Bane of Enemies. DC is Ranger Level inc LLs - 3.
DC increases by +1 per 8 Wisdom modifier. - ONLY WORKS FOR MELEE WEAPONS RIGHT NOW - WILL WORK FOR RANGED SOON
