Malephant frees up the epic constitution feats (since you can get above 21 without feat use). Plus you get a extra feat if you choose human, and two free pre-epic feats (toughness and heavy armor). Thats 2 pre epic and one of two post epic feats..enough to accommodate your ambidexterity feats without losing anything in the build (saves and strength feats). The only decision you have to make is how many great strengths you're going to take verses maybe the damage reduction feats. The "cool" thing about the extra dexterity is your character will have a 60 reflex save if you take feats to boost it, which is pretty good for a non paladin strength build.
I played around and this is what I came up with (I haven't checked it to make sure you can take the feats as they are set out - will do that tomarrow):

I could have played games with the stats and the CoT levels, relying on the +4 dex from legendary levels to get the two weapon feats while still getting the three damage reduction feats at a cost of only 1 ab, knockdown, and thundering rage but this would have required waiting till lvl 57 to get ambidexterity which I didn't want to do.
As Tyran stated he didn't think the reduc feats were necessary, I'm leaving them out. You could also drop the two weapon choice for a single weapon like the heavy flail but having seen the difference between the two in the testing chamber, I'm inclined to go the two weapon route.
Oh, and the hit points on this are completely insane. Just wish Maelephant got the Ambi feat for free.
