Just need help with the spell slots, what should I have in each of them?
Pros of this build - LSF: Necro, Illusion, Conjur.....ESF: Trans, Evo Cons of this build - Not maxed charisma, 2 off max
Here's the build:

I do not see a point in picking so many spell school if your spell selection is so limited. For example: conjuration school is really nice, but you cannot afford to get all possible orbs or gate (fun to play with and quite useful in some rare situations) as 9 level spell. I think sorcerer is better off with less spell schools but all at LSF level and maximized charisma.
So what that you have so many spells schools if you cannot benefit from it due to your limited spell selection.

A few things I can say to your spell choices: 1. Gate is fun to play but that doesnot meat it's essential for a sorcerer, no matter what your foci is. So your lvl 9 choice it's quite ok for me. 2. Definately drop finger of death for banishment. a sorcerer that can't cast banishment means you got banished from ely/abo considering most party wants a mage that can at least cast the spell to fill the mage role there(no matter u have spell foci or not but u can always channel and item to grant u abj foci). and also there's no point to take 2 death spells(fod and cod), cod is enough if you plan to use stygia robe 3. Drop Greater orb:Acid for Greater orb:Sonic/Thunderclap(I'd go orb since u have LSF:conj instead of LSF:evo), Vitriolic Sphere when used empowered is pretty good enough for the acid damage. No point to get two good acid spells while u donot even have sonic damage covered(the lvl 1 sonic spell is just for a giggle in elysium since most of the sonic vul mob there are simply imm to lvl 1 spell). I'm a big fan of thunderclap on my sorc tho she has LSF:evo. Anyway, if u insist to take greater orb:acid, then drop Vitriolic Sphere for Shout. 4. You may want to drop Cone of Cold for Ball lightning/Less mind blank. ball lightning has 5d6 more damage than scintilating sphere at CL60 and not loot breaking. and less mb is just so handy so far on a sorc in my experience. I don't see much point in taking both polar ray and cone of cold. it's not like you're going to use cone of cold when ur outa polar ray. at least I never had such experience on my sorc. sorc just has way too many spellslots and a radiance genasi sorc can easily fix it even if lvl 8 slot is consumed(and actually lvl 8 slot is for me the last to get consumed). but then if ur outa lvl 8 slot, I think a rest is needed instead of keeping struggling with low lvl spells. The other lvl spells seem quite ok. I've played my old sorc with 5 epics(tho i went abj instead of conj). I have to say it indeed sacrifices a bit too much for a feat-tight class which lives on DC. problly becuz I'm too obssessed with insta killer ability, so I still can't pursuade myself to reinc either my sorc or wizard into one that has Conj foci. but then again, it's not like a mage can only max their spell damage by going conj foci. the great evocation spells can cover all the elementals except acid and some of them has extra mob control ability. But Empowered evad black tentackle is indeed fun to play. Mine with only SF:conj(from tia staff) with a conj draught can deal with 180 or so damage per hit on tiamat as long as i can succeed the concealment check and roll a 11+ ab hit. Sorcerer is quite feat-tight and school limited so far in my experience. I'd always like to see different builds try different school with different spellbook combo. so hopefully you can get a success on this for sure.
