eh You mean I should use Neptune and the roman pantheon? well I choose Poseidon because he is a father of Triton, and the God of Horses (travel) the sea (water) and Earthquakes.
Poseidon's Trident was also very famous. It had a name but i forget, i do remember when athens was getting its patron god athena gave them olive trees and poseidon struck the ground with his trident and a fountain of sea water sprang forth. ect.
Or are you saying i should use the DnD Pantheon
It COULD be Umberlee but that has less of a symbolic connection to the trident.

if you want to use trident then you gotta chose Umberlee, problem is she is a chaotic evil goddes of fury so no paladins allowed in the church. Her most loyal followers are the Waveservants, and many of them are cleric/ranger
Istishia is the elemental deity of water, her clerics often multiclass as bards, that's a almost neutral deity like all elemental ones
Valkur is seilor protector, chaotic alligned, a combination of cleric/rogue should be intriguing enough for a quasiclass
So give up on those paladins requirment ^^ and all those parry changes seem hardcoded to me

I wasnt sure if parry mode was hardcoded because i know ive seen over servers modify it slightly, however yea this is why i picked Poseidon, originally it was the Spawn of Umberlee Quasi but the paladin made no sense so i swapped pantheon's for correctness sake,
If Parry mode is hardcoded a seperate mini concealment could work in its place as for riposite attacks i KNOW those can be altered (have done it myself)
Using Umberlee The Requirements would shift to:
Cleric Destruction/Water Domains,Water Breathing Race (or Water Genasi), Cleric level 11, Blackguard Level 16 Great Smite 1 Weapon focus Trident (or club currently)Before Level 28
Abilities would change: Blackguard and Cleric domain spells and Storm of Vengence use Blackguard + Cleric Levels:
Poison: On a failed Fortitude save Target makes a second Fortitude save or be Drowned.(DC for drown = 15+Transmutation Focus+Wis Mod)
Ice Storm: Deals Magic Instead of Bludgeoning
Storm of Vengence: Every Round A Fortitiude save is made or An Enemy is Drowned (DC = 10+Transmutation focus+Wis Mod)
Acid Fog: Deals (CL/4)d3 Acid damage per round and a fort save or be Knocked Down for 1 round
When Wielding a Trident gains 1 Shield AC per 3 Str Modifier and 1 Shield AC per 4 Wisdom Modifier Cap of 14
Tridents Gain Blessing of the Queen when Poison is targetted on them, and deal 1d4+CL/3 Cold and Divine damage on hit

Here's a hint: seawater conducts electricity.
Storm of Vengeance underwater?
Not such a bright idea.

The fact that you're trying to make SoV like Implosion, only with much MUCH bigger area of effect and firing every round, will probably tell you what I think of this idea. Funky

Technically Umberlee is the Queen of the Depths but her reign involves The waves and such ABOVE the water as well, she often causes storms above the depths to sink sailors down below, hence why it causes drowning.
*Edit*Perhaps i should have explained, i meant old school drown, not the drowning = death version of drown the reduce to 10% of max hp in damage after a failed save that at most goes to 53 DC if you take the damage support quasi this is susposed to be and turn it into a one trick caster with 72 wisdom. doesnt SOV only last at most like 6 rounds or has that been changed as well.
The DC is basically low enough to be a on 1 roll type of SOV. as to get this quasi you need 25 CHA, thats a chunk of stats you need at least 19 wisdom to cast SOV and STR is your AB stat as a front liner you need roughly 10-14 CON,
Basically, the DC isnt going to do well even with Legendary Focus, But your right there are other things to do with the whole Umberlee theme than SOV i can start on that, the details of something like this easily altered
For Instance, Firestorm could deal 2/3 Divine 1/3 Fire and be non lootbreaking.
