More from me, I'm having a lot of fun with this
It seems these days that people have scarce little interest in tanks who are not universal and cannot withstand a large range of KD checks to a point where nearly every Strength tank build must have large quantities of Dexterity to remain upright in the Hells, and even runs LL runs. Hence, a group of items that are supposed to swing pure Str tanks, such as disarming WMs, back into favour.
The first three items would be Gestalts intended for use in the hells by non demi's (so dropped from either a high Hell layer such as Minuaros, or from a high level LL run such as PoM). The fourth item is an upgraded Artifact Core which upgrades the armour bonus on the other items, which is meant to be obtained post hells/Demi. The first three items have UR style bonuses on them since that is about when they are supposed to be obtained and used (for use by non-demi's in hell), the fourth item has a Nessus Artifact style quality.
Tanks must have 14 Dexterity to wear this item, so a tank of this kind with all three items equipped will be making Dexterity checks at 36 (42 at 2x Demi). This is far from being invulnerable, with Malebranches doing DC 44 KD against it, but is certainly a helping hand. I put +17 Deflection on the belt since I think most Str tanks pump points into Dexterity for increased AC as well as KD resistance, so the +17 helps to compensate (when worn without the core this AC bonus would only be 16). For the Artifact Core I increased the maximum Dexterity bonus to cater for Dexterity increases at Demi, added +1 to Deflection and increased the KD bonus by two, Demi bonuses will be adding +4 to it anyway so it could be left as is.

And another idea, unrelated to the above. Intended for dexers who are sometimes on the lackluster side compared to Strength based characters. Damage equal to Dexterity modifier seems overpowered since it's exactly equal to the bonus a Str based character gets (unless using a double weapon). Maybe Dexterity Modifer * 0.7. But then again this is an ego item that restricts the wearer from using any other ego item and to boot, lacks any decent skill, stat or immunity bonuses. It could also be adapted to make a Nessus style artifact, in which case it should be given stats similar, but less powerful like Reaching For Damnation, at the moment it has no stats since it is able to be used with an artifact.
Goron Bracelet (Ego Item) (Bracers)
Special: To equip this item your Dexterity Score must be greater than your Strength Score, and possess the Weapon Finesse feat.
Special: While worn the user does additional Physical Damage (same as weapon type) each hit, equal to their Dexterity Modifier.
Enhancement Bonus: Strength +12
No other bonuses.
