Having a problem with a char that was reincarnated. The character can not create scrolls. I get the message that he is not allowed to create scrolls for one week after reincarnation even though the week has passed. I tried to see if reincarnating him again would solve the problem, it did not.
The character name is Lawrence Dark

What was/is your xp amount? You cant craft if the xp spent will make you lose a level, and iirc the message is the same, but it only happened to me a while ago and I really cant say for sure if the message is bugged or not. Theres only a small little tiny chance that whats happening with you is this, but I thought it wouldnt hurt to post it anyway  |

The char is at max lev 40 but the error msg I receive is not the one for not enough experience it said that I could not create scrolls for 1 week after reincarnation. I have again checked the char and the problem seems to have been fixed now.

Not a bug.
What was happening was that people reincarnated with max xp for a level, went to town and bought a boatload of blank scroll stacks, filled a passel of bankchests with scrolls, then deleted the character and reincarnated again, getting back all the xp they spent doing scrolls.
To avoid that, now there is a cool down timer, you can only makes scrolls, potions or wands once your reincarnation week is over. No freebies.
