Okey, this build is a summon/support (SuSu) cleric. It wont shine in logs and at times it might run a bit low on stuff to do, but this is something I'd take over bard on many runs.
Pro's
-5 HG epics, 2 bioware epics (conju, div, trans, enc, abju, GR, EMA)
-136 ac in full plate + tower shield + epic dodge
-great damage immunities
-stun/daze/sleep/crit imm from buff
-the ultimate battletide, can prayer decently (5 + 3 saves drop)
-100% top level SC IX, 20%(80% if can ED) to get top level planar summon
-decent SP for harm/destruction
-SR drop with bestow curse + persuade
Con's
-low dex
-low'ish hp
-no real offence other than summons, BB's, harms, EQ's

cloak: Shroud of a Demon Bat, dex check, self pick up, ele resist
ammy: Chain of solidarity, imms, resists, rooting, +14's, GS
boots: abyss cleric boots, imms, slots
belt: tia belt slots slots slots
bracers: transposed energy
ring1: crest of viledarkness (planewalker underwater, boots swapped to breah boots)
ring2: imm ring suited for layer, also depends on shield selected
So what to cast?
lvl 9 - summons(SC IX or emp SC VII), UEF, extend crit imm, gate, possibly few ED on targets others have drained
lvl 8 - extend GR, empowered BB, empowered planar ally
lvl 7 - aura of vitality, GR, creeping doom, regen, extend energy imm
lvl 6 - heal/harm, mass owl's wisdom for summons will save, BB, extend battle tide
lvl 3-5 - monstrous regen, spell resistance, healing circle, metad buffs from lvl 3-4 (freedom of movement, death ward, wep buffs, magic vestent), bestow curse, prayer, rem disease
lvl 2 - barkskin, lesser restores, rem paralyze, resist elements (16/- resist for summons), ability buffs if needed for summons, aid
lvl 1 - bless, endure elements, remove fear, protection from evil, foundation of stone
Spell resistance spell gives 75 SR, havent checked if it stacks with SR pandect, if so, 79 SR with pandect. Can also use destructions and earthquakes if needed. Blade barrier AB isnt maxed but full CL and leg conju makes it decent even with low wisdom. Most items are set gear, which means not much room for augging, 2x persuade augs are high priority to fit in.
Optionaly can drop persuade, ESF perduade, 2 int from creation and upp dex by 2 (great dex 1, 16 at creation). Also epic and greater spell penetrations are optionaly droppable, to add more dex. Spell pen is mainly for prayer + some harms in hells/ely and destructions for bosses. So it is kinda matter of taste which to have. So total could have +4 dex at cost of support stuff. Predemi will want to drop these for +4str to get 40base for crit imm and huge aura battletide.
