This char is my 2nd most favorite char that I've made on HG. It is especialy fun in abyss where AA damage is great where most enemies has 1-2 types that they have 0% immunity, which gives AA's ability to focus that damage type for 2344542123 damage per hit.
Reason why I havent posted it before is that I feel he is quite gear dependant, but after further concidering I realised that it still is working build without the masterful gear that'll increase its power even more.

Stat points: lvl 4 on int, lvl 8-50 on dex, lvl 52-60 on str
-this gives another skill point from lvl 4 and on, str will end 19 + 1great str feat to end up 20 at lvl 60. +14 dex as well as 10great dex feats for 46 at lvl 60. If you want more strength earlier, by all means take it earlier or even drop ab/ac by 1 and get +2 str on lvls 48-50.

Sooooooooooooooooooooooooo.............. Thought process behind the build and what is different to other AA's...
There's no Dev crit built in.
-I use OC/DC augmented item, this means vs crittable (in hells trash) you lose 33% damage every crit, (my crit percentage with this been around 0.5-6.5, 0.5% in nessus, 6.5% in az 1-3). So in Nessus for not having OC/DC the build loses basicly nothing in terms of damage. In Azz 1-3 thats 33% more damag every 15th attack, average damage being 110, so crit 330, OC/DC adding 33% making it 440, so 110 extra damage. Which on the given Azz 1-3 was 240 crits out of 3600 swings and added roughly 26k damage because of OC/DC. My total damage was 330k, so 8% of that becasue of OC/DC - nice boost but having 304k without OC/DC wouldnt have made the char useless on the run.
-My base str is lower than built in OC/DC AA has, because those requires 25 str, most goes for 26. I only have 24 at 2xD - so this build isnt quite as resistant to Str checks. With Asmo belt 38 +4 = 42 which is pretty good, need to roll 1 to fail vs normal pf/mari. Also means only +14 mighty bonus vs full +16, so 2 damage loss there - average 1.2 damage per hit given enemies average 40% phys immunity. Every 1000 attack losing 1200 damage, which is 11 hits with correct bow type.
Max parry - some might say over skilled parry. Maintaining 100 parry even after death at 1xD in p3 run was kinda my goal when making the decision between parry vs disc. Parry gear is really rare. 1 Torch, 1 ammy, 1 belt. That's about the burs that have parry - there is an UR aug that gives parry but I had none to strip when made this. After obtaining Abyssal Vestige (quite a few of them has parry) the LSF parry has become less significant, but for immo-2xD I'd still pick it over ESF disc. Oh and, it isnt just to prevent those nasty instakills in abyss, it is also to reduce damage from crits if enemy shall get that lucky and crit you.
AC on this is higher than OC/DC AA's does. 64 dex/38wis, armor skin, Craft armor, 139 unbuffed, 140 with song/CA from gear (63 + 12int = 75 flat CA pre gear/song or pens, with +50 gear&song can reach 120 for +3, but not easy to maintain there due pens) and topping 142 AC with Gird. So th$at's pretty much average Dex tank AC with way higher damage per hit.
Really good saves, 67 being lowest with dim maks - the checks that arent alrdy immunity you have to roll really low to fail, even with high pens.
Lack of discepline. 23 + 14 str + 50 gearzz = 87 - pens. This is pretty low - In hells there isnt anything that'll penalize me for this, in abyss there are some disarms and shred robes that can be annoying. Disarms are 95'ish + 10 per paragorn, so vs normals I alrdy strugle if they roll lucky hit to breach my AC/concealment. Remember to ask Iron Grasp from bard and carry back up cold/sonic/mag bows. The armor shredding is even more annoying as it costs you 50mil + misery scroll - so positioning when you've sightning on shredder is recommed, on a bright side there is only 2 of these, neither one spawns in large numbers on any run. On a 5xD reinc version dropping LSF parry and swap 10 ranks from parry (and 1 rank in conc) to increase disc by 13 (from 23 to 31 and then 36 + ESF to 46 + 14 str + 50 gearzz = 110) will make you a lot more resistant to these checks vs normal & p1 even at deeper runs.
As per all monk AA's, Monk gives good mobility and improved evasion, Elf gives sleep immunity, wisdom arty gives fear immunity and I wear Heavenly Haunts necklace most of the runs for confusion and spell lv 6&down immunity, these combined with Salamanders augged item (daze immunity) makes this really sturdy AC tank that is really hard to disable and with good randomizations can hit 50%'ish phys imms from robe+bracers+boots+cloak. Max hide also means up to 60% concealment from mass camo (hide gear can also be tricky to find, I use Tranquil augged item for +15 hide & blindness immunity)
So overall combining AC/conceal and misc imms this AA is rather sturdy dex tank, I've most incoming attacks on pretty much every run I play him on, making those barbs and xdds hide behind my back - just because I can. All that while doing great damage to any desired enemy even across the screen - you see that Advespa hitting your fellow mage but you're surrounded by 4 erinyes, 2 nubberibos and 2 advespa's your self in Malb, dont worry, you'll kill the 'vespa from distance and save the mage while other tanks wouldnt be able to do anything before beating down the stuff blocking your movement. Dodge ratio been average 92-95% if I pay attention not to get flatfooted, if that happens dodge rapidly drops to 88-90%. This means I can pretty safely just be attacking all the time, no need to reposition when enemy aggro's on me, also allows me to safely spawn and be first one attacking enemy maximizing my number of attacks and there for my damage. I dont have many logs saved with other AA's on same run, found one with Milli's AA on same run (shed 1-2) I had 1600 incoming attacks (no one else in 9man team had even 600) and 3400 outgoing, Milli had 210 incoming and 2700 outgoing. So even that I was getting attacked a ton, I was able to also attack more because of significant defence that the char has and the ability to get the first hits in because gaining vision of enemies first.
Gear recommendations:
Item with OC/DC longbow
Item with Farseer's master aug (increase bow dice)
Item with Salamander aug (daze immunity)
Item with Tranquil's aug (hide bonus & blindness imm)
Wrap of a Dark Prince will give you +6 AB and +1attack which is nice, really hard item to get, also AB is alrdy good.

Robes of Dim mak's of the samalander (ele resist, ESF listen to make up loss of VoV)
Salamanders Fiendish fingers (daze imm, added property: 5d6 sneaks)
Tranquil Heavenly Haunt necklace
Farseer's Titan's Wrap (ego)
Sandal's of Perdurance (vestige boots, breach imm, phys imm/resist)
PW ring (mord imm)
Asmo belt (exo resist, Gs, stat checks, implo imm)
Solar mote
+1 bur imm ring
Possible tweaks: drop LSF parry if you're high demi or have nice piece of gear with added parry in your setup & shuffle level up skills a bit to have higher disc. Swap 2dex from level ups on str to increase check resistant, costs 1ac/ab but notable resistance increase vs paragorns if you dont have UUU.
Ps. Might have made mistakes while writing the stats, will do remath for them if they dont add up.
