A few thoughts..
How does Paragon Ability Check feat stack with bonuses from items (like asmo belt, universal contumacy), and with bard song?
A few class specific feats from the google doc aren't mentioned in the update, such as the ranger called shot upgrades. Are there plans to make these automatic, feat required, or not going to be implemented?
Are the plans for set item stat scaling (+14, +16) in, still in the works, or only for the new area gear at some future date?
Very impressed by what I've seen so far, sad that I'm about to leave for 2+ weeks and won't really get a chance to test things out

They will definitely requrie a feat, which is why they're on the feats page. The ones in red were nixed, the ones in green will be implemented. Ones in yellow are uncertain. It's already in. Funky

For the class specific feasts, most of the feats shown in Google Docs are still white. I'm not sure if I'm looking at an outdated version, if it's my outdated browser, or something else.
edit: whoops, I'm looking at Class Benefits, not feats section. But only 1 wizard entry is green, 2 other entries are salmon (technical problems) while everything else is still white.

Ones in white are still To Be Determined. They're in the 2da, however, so there's a good chance of them being introduced. Discussion of any of them is welcome, but it's best put in Thoughts and Ideas.

awesome, may i ask a few questions:
1) will paragon spell knowledge increase the number of uses of possums farce?
2) am i right that my toons will get 3 skill points per paragon level, but if i try to raise these above 63, they will be included in the gear bonus, which can help offset environment penalties. so if my tank has 63 ranks of listen, 14 wisdom modifier and 45 listen from gear (122 total) if i take 5 more points leveling, this will raise the gear bonus to 50, if i go above that it will still be +50 bonus but it will reduce the environment penalties.

1) Yes. It doubles it. 2) No. They are no included in the gear bonus (+50) Cap. Points prior to 63 add your base until 63. Points over 63 are subtracted out of skill penalties in the hells, etc. They are not added.

Does this was implemented? Is only Caster Level or it also affect Spell resistance?
And, how does this works with specialized Pale Masters?

loving this update kinda disapointed about the random stat increases, my main toon wont get +2 to its key ability untill lvl 79 sucks a bit considereing lucky people will get that increase as early as 73 still at least it wasnt 80 like some really unlucky people

Will Paragon levels count the same way Legendary Levels count in regards to Turning? Please explain, thanks.

loving this update kinda disapointed about the random stat increases, my main toon wont get +2 to its key ability untill lvl 79 sucks a bit considereing lucky people will get that increase as early as 73 still at least it wasnt 80 like some really unlucky people Had the same disappointment. Out of all my paragon-ready toons that got stat boosts (only handful), none got anything of value from their stat boosts. CHA on a lash (before point out saves, I have saves in spades on this toon already - no need for +1). INT on a Ranger (who doesn't need it). DEX on a shifter (wasn't hurting without it). etc.. It kinda seems like the lowest stats were being pulled first. It would be really handy if this was more based on the class/order of stat from highest to lowest. Regardless of which.. Paragon levels seem like a really interesting update. Looking forward to getting more levels now

Sill, the spells will be awesome and more feats, can't be sad at all

Btw, I think the random stat increases are an elegant way to deal with what could be a perplexing balance and fairness issue. They are true bonuses in the sense that they are definitely beneficial but are not things one should count on in making builds until they have the xp for level 80.
