ok so i found a build that interests me here it is Tho its a bit old and stuff its a Hound archon wich i dont have anyone able to help me fix this into a pharlan ? and maybe some improvements ? if there is any to the server nowadays ?
Preferenses are Bastard Sword
Great smite X before 40 for the 10 extra str ?
and the most str feats u can fit in ? for max max max str ?
Other then changing stat points the only difference between this and the original is I took an extra Paladin level at the expense of a 2nd Fighter level. I lose a feat in doing so but I felt I had two ¡§throw-away¡¨ feats. I ditched Improved Power Attack (something I never used) and kept Dodge (I find this to be a worthless feat¡Kbut nothing else offered anything in way of even a small benefit). I also changed the order a bit in that I took the 9th Paladin level at level 20 for a skill dump (see below).
Finally, a note about this version.
If you are NOT a Demi then you will not be able to use Divine Wrath following this build until level 60 and then only after using a Str Artifact. Otherwise I would suggest changing the stat points taken at levels 52, 54, 56 and 58 from Charisma to Strength (or some combination of 4 Charisma stat points / feats to Strength).
"Hound Archon" (secret Beyond UltraRare; changes Appearance)
- FC: Paladin
- STR +4, CON +2, WIS +2, CHA +4, free feat: Extra Smiting, free feat: Great Smite 1, free feat: Power Attack, SR 10 + 1/lvl, speaks Celestial, speaks Draconic, speaks Infernal
Upon using the Legendary Alter the first time you get 10 points of Strength for taking all 10 Great Smiting feats.
Skills
I maxed Discipline and Craft Weapon throughout the leveling process. At level 20 put 23 points in both Concentration and Taunt. The Concentration points will help in Elysium and Aboleth¡¦s (not sure if there are Concentration checks in the PoM or other new areas). At level 60 I put more points cross class into Taunt and am able to hit close to 90 which allows me to Taunt most mobs in the game effectively giving me an extra +6 AB. With gear you will be able to get an additional +2 AB from Craft Weapon in Hell and possibly +3 elsewhere. At level 42 start putting points in Tumble (through level 57 / 60 points).
The biggest advantage to this version over the previous is the length of my Divine self buffs. My Divine Wrath now lasts 9 and a half minutes. For the duration I get absolute / non-dispellable Immunity to Criticals, +20 to my AB and +20 points of Divine damage. Additionally you get +16 / 40 DR during this time. Finally each round I get an additional attack at my highest AB. I have 5 uses of Divine Wrath per rest.
At level 60 and geared in BUR¡¦s with an Asmodeus Artifact and Girding my AC tops out at 112. ƒº This means I get hit¡Ka LOT. As long as you keep your self buffs up you should be fine to tank anything in the mod. Bardsong of course helps as does shunt. On my last Nessus run I was able to tank a couple of mobs with Asmodeus behind me beating me.
Other Champion of Torm benefits include an auto Restoration (per the spell) every three rounds. This is helpful in getting rid of Vulnerabilities from various mobs. They also get permanent True Seeing and Mind Immunity.
You can also use Nimbus of Victory every three minutes which will reduce a mobs Spell Resistance by 12.
Finally, you have two types of Smite you can use. The first is Smite Evil which can be used 3 times per day. Generally I am able to do an additional 5-600 points of damage to a creature. However, I have seen it hit for 2,100+ points of damage on occasion. The second type of Smiting is Great Smite. For best results I target it on myself and it will ¡§hit¡¨ all of the mobs in range with a maximum of 649 points of damage. Here is how it works:
You may target a short distance away. At the point you taget, you 'attack' every enemy in a large radius by checking ab + CHA + d20 vs their AC. Temporary ab buffs like spells and bard song are NOT included. If you hit, you deal them damage as follows:
(Number of Greater Smiting Feats +1) x (Total smiter levels)
This means a maximum of 660 damage to every creature in the area of effect that you hit. The smiter is able to select from a variety of damage types depending on his classes, by using the following chat commands:
Smiters with 20 levels of Champion of Torm can select from:
!damso - sonic
!dampo - positive
!damma - magic
!damdi - divine
My primary gear setup is:
Armor: Carapace of Smoldering Stone
Helm: Concordant of Coronet
Cloak: Baator¡¦s Embrace
Bracers: Gauntlets of Transposed Energy
Belt: Coil of Grabduk (if I ever get a Dex Mote I am likely to swap to the Belt of Legendary Resilience)
Boots: Legendary Boots of Absorbtion (I will at times wear Mordenkeinan¡¦s Mockery)
Ring 1: Signet of Mammon
Ring 2: Band of Anubis
Other then occasionally putting on Breach Boots the only gear that I swap around are Rings. One could wear Medium Armor to get a extra point or two of AC, the same goes for equipping a Strongheart but the different between 112 and 116 is very small. This is especially true when taking into account what you lose. Other then AC the Strongheart offers very little not found on BUR Amulets¡Kand they generally have other benefits such as Immunities or useful Skill bonuses. I have at times worn the Plate of the Legendary Master as it has more Physical Immuntiy but I prefer the Carapace for the Elemental Immunity it provides. I find it goes well with my Rings. One could wear the Asmodeus Plate with it¡¦s 100% Immunity to any Element but I prefer he Cloak and its 50 / DR to each Element as well as 20 / DR to the Exotics. It also limits your ability to use several useful Rings.
Prior to level 50 and 55 I would suggest wearing gear that can provide 50 / DR to the Element(s) most prevalent to the area you are at. The same would be true for Physical and Exotic DR¡¦s. As always one¡¦s choice of rings would vary based on the area in which you are partying.
This character is a blast to play and is an absolute beast when it comes to damage output. Do not be afraid of the horribly low AC.
I have kept most of the oringal post (I took out the CoT class benefits) below.

After recently defeating Asmodeus for the third time I decided to reincarnate my Champion of Torm. My goal was to increase my Charisma to extend the duration of Divine Wrath, Divine Might and Shield (and to increase the amount of Divine damage I was able to deliver). In the process I also boosted my Intelligence by 4 points enabling me to max another skill and boost two others. So far I have only retagged him through Dispater but I have been very excited by the results thus far. While the total amount of damage on its face has not been overwhelming (in large part due to King Camaro¡¦s Turner and an Assasin in Avernus) I have been very pleased.

First, props to Requiem. After seeing his version of this build just dominate a Cania run some months ago I decided I wanted to make one. I was able to Demi Sir Ulrich earlier this week and he more then held his own...with his paltry 110 AC.
I have made a few changes to the build I took through the Hells. Primarliy I have boosted the Strength by 3 (never take a level without your build notes as I ended with a 61 Str and no Dev Crit the first time). I lowered my Wisdom and Inteligence by 2. I felt an extra point of AB was better than the possibility of 1 point of AC from Craft Armor
Any and all comments or suggestions are welcome.

I left Dex and Cha with an odd number on purpose. Evening out my Dex does nothing but add one reflex save (it is already over 60) as I wear Heavy Armor. Adding a point of Charisma would help a little with my Divine Wrath duration but not enough IMO to lose a point of AB.
Max Discipline throughout the leveling process. After taking LSA Tumble at level 42 start maxing Tumble.
The first time through my AB topped out at 96. This version should top out at 98. My AC the first time through with Girding was 110. Adding the Asmo Cloak (50 / - resist to all elements will be sweet) will add 3 points so I should now top out at a whooping 113!!!
