Well I didn't bother with the Abjuration focus as I took empower spell, Toughness and Greater Ruin as I was HC so more HPs mean staying alive, I like to have empowered spells and ruin can remove irritating stuff instantly. Looks fine if you know how you want to play it though.

if this is going to be a serious toon for standard play and not a hc solo farmer please consider drop illusion (and gnome) and necro to make room for ench and div.
You lose the visage summon (quite weak in party play) bugs infliction, u2d (mainly for Ely, other undeads you can turn) and eternal return. Decent spells but cost you six feats (more if your infliction/dc have to be good) and let see what you miss out.
Divination provides the basic miracle, and parties tend to expect it when hiring a cleric; without gate you take tons of dmg having low ac and no self conceal, and your augury is too weak to be worth casting.
Enchantment lets you buff the party with gmw and both party and yourself with girdle; not having iof, the former is quite valuable and the latter is priceless, 2-4 long lasting undispellable more ac on tanks is sensible, expecially for no-demi or undergeared ones. Rebuke alone would be worth the focii because it has many targets in hells (usually low priority critters, but killing one with the spell is better than waste two turning attempts), including swarms and expecially (non-para) orthons that prevents turning; in the abyss where there're less turnable beings a lot of nasty things can be killed with rebuke (usually the only istakill option).

Pity my 5x demi turner is built like this as well :-P Raj does know what he's talking about though, I would say that in most parties you are probably going to be in addition to a caster cleric (at least in normal mode play) so hopefully somebody else will have IoF and Girding and I'm just too chicken to run around without Eternal Return especially as it gives you the opportunity to re-evaluate the situation you're in and decide at that point whether to stay in GS and help others or get stuck in with more turning.

I think your turner is older than gate/ commune edits btw then in a party some epics might prove redundant but for a newbie a niche build could be a rough start considering he's not going to find a cler/bc/theurge/wc mate 100% of time to cover some expected duty.

60+ is typical for casters: more spell focii, more spell penetration.
You can aim for at least one psk, with div/aby being the nicest choices; ench psk is better on battle clerics so leave the school at epic/leg level, necro psk is very powerful but the 6 feats investment justify it only on a (evil) caster cleric.

It looks nice on your paragon feats for your fallen angel one I would go with paragon spell pen, lsf abj, div, paragon spell focus abj, div, water breathing bro would work best but put it here for input from others.
