Not really worth attention at this point in time IMO, P2 weapons need a complete overhaul because their current intended effect is quite mediocre.
There are many other changes to Limbo that I would have preferred to see over fixing P2 weapons.

If you want limbo pt2 weapons fixed, what would you suggest? Since as stated, their intended effect is weak.

Without tinkering with scripts now that scripters are gone, I'd say their spot power wise should be between DB (duh) and XR ones, just some boring dices to have them usable and provide a run hook for the time being.

Edit: Damn ninja-post! Raj's suggestion about a simple dice adjustment to be an immediate run hook is a much more realistic solution for now.
