Reccomendations?

I don't think there is a real answer here.
The nonbrainer would be to say: "cores" hence Sorcs, Clerics, Druids and Bards.
And while they have excellent partysupport and atleast the first 3 nice standalone power you dont neccassarily need each one on every run.
It really all depends on what you are planning on running.
If you mean hells by endgame you might get different answers as when you are asking for Abyss or Limbo. There are toons and partysetups especially for Aboleth too since it has such juicy loots.
So I would try to be a little more precise with the question than just typing one word.

Thanks. Just want to make sure we level toons that groups will want on most runs. Hells abyss. Bards and druids are probably the most sought out cores that are not played a ton by players (unless there is a botting combination of some sort). Bard for sure is an outstanding contributor to parties.

One of you should probably play an arcane (sorc) for killing power when there arent many players online, preferably the one of you who has more time to play to invest into learning the runs and the class. It is the most versatile class offensively in the game. Shifter also works well for that purpose, but isn't quite as versatile.
This is both to guarantee a way to complete lvl 40-60 runs as well as making it faster if you have time constraints. Druid and Cleric also work for this purpose, and are both very welcome in endgame runs.

I think you know what to do with Rad Gen! You should definitely make a sorc with that one. Negatai is a good PM race. Furchin is best for slingers but could be used for a caster cleric. Others are tanks. Personally I am a big fan of caster clerics. If he has no subraces at all, there's a good open subrace sorcerer build here: highergroundpoa.proboards.com/thread/21323/red-mage-39-sorcerer-paladinUR builds are viable if you really want to play a particular class and simply can't find a BUR book that will work. Just keep in mind it's a lot harder to upgrade the subrace tier than to make a lateral move with reincarnation. So you should really consider using a worse BUR subrace before moving down to a UR subrace.

I agree with both these duo suggestions: Sorcerer+Shifter or Druid+Cleric will be pretty effective everywhere (or any combination of these, really).
