Need help with additional files (Steam download)

I am just having a hell of time getting this thing updated. I tried the ARF updater, but no matter where I put the ARF files, it wouldn't recognize that it was in the NWN directory.

I looked at the manual install instructions for the CEPv2.3c, and the locations where it is telling me to place the files for CEP don't exist with the steam install, at least that I can tell.

Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance.

Steam is Enhanced Edition only, not 1.69. You'll need to buy NWN Diamond from GOG.com

If you bought NWN EE from GOG lately, it will come with Diamond edition as well.
