I keep seeing items with feats like %Balance II, %Rooting, %Reason II, etc. However, the feats do not explain what they do when I click on them. Do we have them documented anywhere?

In most cases %feats are explained directly in the item description, as special powers. But just to make sure: - % Balance, % Anchoring, % Vitality, % Reason, % Sagacity, % Splendor - they give bonuses to their respective stat checks (dex, str, con, int, wis, cha). They currently range from +2 to +6 (feat I to feat III), and stack with everything but the same feat on another item, to the cap of +20. - % Rooting prevents you from being tossed from malebranche, nabassu, feral elves etc. - % Insurmountable Protection (type) gives +2 AC of a type beyond the normal limit. Currently there are items with % Insurmountable Protection for armor and deflection, more may be coming. - % Extra Rage, % Extra Music, % Extra Smiting, % Extra Turning - these give additional uses of barbarian rage, bard song, smite evil/good, turn undead. - % Critical Reduction - halves damage from critical hits, as if you had 127 Parry. - % Refraction - halves kickback. - % Critical Fortification 1-8 (not currently on any item in game) - decreases chance you will be critically hit (similar to Juggernaut subrace, or sub level 20 Pale Master). I probably missed some, but they will be described in the item itself. I believe those are regular feats, not ones from gear.
