OK! I think I understood that alright.
Out of curiosity, though - is there an in game DM function that allows you to alter permanently the HPs or other features of a target player, the way you can alter target monsters? (I am more asking since I know nothing about the DM client abilities, and even less about scripting)
If that isn't possible, then the only way to "fix" someone with LLs would be to store their gear in a box, delete the character, reset the server, create a new character with the same name, zap them instant exp, re-level them, re-LL them, and then take them on a whirlwind re-tagging tour of the entire server...do I understand the system limitations correctly?
(Which would be an absolutely INSANE, crack-induced, never-want-to-do-it way to 'fix' people who have LLed, and thus is the reason why you caution people not to LL unless they are sure to stick with it, right?)

Never bothered to find out, because we don't have that kind of time to waste. That's the whole point of automating systems like the subraces and legendary levels. Funky

Aaaaah all becomes clear. This is why I don't write scripts or play with the DM client.
