Wonder if someone could clarify this.
Divine Power
- Grants +2 temporary HP per CL before 40, and +10 per CL above 40.
- Raises Str to 18, +2 per 5 CL above 15, to a maximum of +12.
- Attack bonus and number of attacks increased to that of a Fighter of the caster's level, with additional attacks at caster levels 45 and 55.
- At CL41, increases Legendary BAB to that of a fighter if the caster has at least three levels in 1/1 BAB classes.
So on a Battle Cleric with a BAB of say +15 does this mean you get this boosted to +20 (i.e +5) and in addition if you have 3 lvls of a 1/1 class you also get your LAB boosted to +15 (i.e +3) for a total of +8 or does it work differently?
I do not see +8 on !list AB and it also means some of BC builds posted would be a bit off on AB so I guess I am missing something.

I can say from testing Tenser's & SoV(Battle Druid) the only things I have seen and confirmed are the +3 to LBAB and the bonus attacks from CL 45 & 55. I haven't been able to really confirm if there are more bonus attacks and I have not tested Divine Power those the others have functionally very similar descriptions particularly in the areas you highlight.
I can say for any build I have done I don't include anything more than the LBAB change in my AB calculations.

IIRC the AB bonus counts towards the +20 magical cap (so kinda meh) while LBAB directly alters LBAB so counts separately (decreases the -20 penalty)

yes to both; the "attack bonus increase" of +5 (in this example) falls under the +20 magic cap. the lbab increase grants +3 ab by "increasing" the lbab from 17 to 20, and lbab is implemented as a decreasing penalty.
comparing !list ab before and after div power is applied shows correctly how ab changed.
for the example given/standard +15 bab build, a net of +8 ab is applied, with +5 magic and +3 lbab. yes, this does mean that if mag was already capped without the buff, the effective total is only +3.

The amount of added attacks also works as intended. You gain 2 extra attacks from CL 45 and 55. You also will get another extra attack if you have 3 BAB 1 class levels before epic levels. While Slingers work a bit different, it is the same effect: 3 normal attacks +1 from haste before the buff. After 4 normal attacks + 3 bonus attacks (haste + div. power). I can confirm it works exactly the same for SOV vor battle druids.

Thanks all for the explanations, that clears it it up nicely. Will have to work out how I can squeeze out another 1 or 2 AB from some other source on that pesky BC build
