Been away for over 12 years, Quick Question

So I been away for over a decade and I'm ready to get back to it. Do I need to get a copy of EE or the Diamond Edition with expansions like before?

You still need diamond edition with cep as described on the wiki wiki.hgweb.org/wiki/Installation_Guide
However, the only way to buy a diamond edition cd key these days is by buying EE on gog.com (on sale every ~2 months), which also includes diamond, and then going to the gog website and asking for a cd key (by default they give you a shared gog one). www.gog.com/game/neverwinter_nights_enhanced_edition_pack

Thank you very much for this! I was on the HW wiki looking for info and checking the HG page but didn't come across anything specifically saying either way and didn't know about the GOG key request. Thank you very much brother!

You can also alternatively buy old copies off things like eBay. Not sure if GOG splits off the EE vs the Diamond if so in your list of purchases you can find the keys under some menu options.

I bought it off GOG as soon as tritone mentioned it. GOG has one purchase containing EE and Diamond separate in the single purchase. Just got done taking care of all the hak tlk, etc files. working on keys now. Will I need a server number or anything when trying to find HG when I finally run NWN or will it be in a list? Its been so long I cant remember how I got access to it back then.

Stick these into the [Favorites Page] section of nwnplayer.ini or do a direct connect to one of the IPs
They are in order from 111 to 415.

Ignore those there are no servers to authenticate to anymore just the individual game servers like HG.
