I'm not sure why you are doing that level split. You purposefully give up OC/DC and Keen on your bow, drastically reducing your damage output. All you gain by doing so is Improved Evasion but your reflex save is not significantly high enough to make that count. Meanwhile there are far more hazards out there than just reflex saving throws. Wizard 4 for Mage Armor is good, but combine that with 6 monk levels and 30 AA to have a far better build overall.
Building differently is certainly worthwhile, but different is not always better. Forsaking a huge chunk of damage - the selling point of AA for boxers - for a very limited defensive boost is not a good exchange in my mind. It feels bad not to take 3 more strength and go OC/DC but I can see your focus on save feats.

also, going clock boots on a build that's supposed to be tanky at the cost of dmg output makes no sense. the net effect of sacrificing breach boots with phys imm + a ring slot for breach in 90% of the server is even more costly to your defense than would be dropping save feats and imp evasion.
your saves as listed are far higher than required for the LL runs that you mention as the target zone. these saves are overkill for most of the mod, actually, with the only exceptions pre-limbo basically being stuff like high-dc weirds that you'd really be wanting full imm for anyway in such runs.
taking oc/dc on x0 build isn't a great idea. it does indeed require sacrificing a lot, for relatively limited gain in many areas--especially the ones you're likely to be playing in by yourself. critting stuff in LL runs is helpful of course to your logger dmg but with few exceptions (like anti-caster trag, prolly the only one) tank dmg isn't really a priority concern. you don't need to do much with a tanky monk AA in most LL runs, except tank & focus tanky targets with preferred dmg type such as bosses/minis, or chonky mobs that are crit imm anyway.
of course, oc/dc has nothing to do with your level spread, which per above is more of the issue.

Thanks for the replies. I can definitely see the rationale for those posts. I was thinking only to combat crit immune mobs. I thought to go 30 AA but lost skill points and figured parry was important.
I weighed the 6 monk against improved evasion, and thought to go 30 AA, but I chose the level split for the skill points by taking monk at level 40.
The overall goal is of course the full 30 AA and I agree with the above posts for each reason.
There is still time level in my reincarnation week to come to my senses and make the full 30 AA, and regardless of my decision now, I definitely plan to go full 30 AA after I get some demi points and gear.

Thanks for the info: I have went back to the drawing board and will try again with the newfound knowledge that both of you kind souls have afforded me. Perhaps this time I'll try a more offensive toon >> I am all or nothing kind of bloke. Tricky at times, but the payoff is so sweet when it works out. --Miles
