After making the monk suggestion thread I decided to make another one with general feats. With level 1 LSA requirement feats, save bonus feats, weaponry feats, spell focus feats/penetration, and dev crit prerequisites the level 1-20 feats are highly contested and so many 'options' aren't really viable as is.
Skill Feats -Skill Focus: Change from +3 to +5. -Stealthy: Change from +2/+2 to +4/+4 -Alertness: Change from +2/+2 to +4/+4 -Epic Reputation: Change from +4/+4/+4/+4 to +7/+7/+7/+7
Resist Feats -Resist poison: Change to poison immunity -Resist disease: Change to disease immunity -Resist energy: Now also gives 5% immunity to the chosen element. -Epic energy resistance: Now also gives 10% immunity to the chosen element.
Something for DEX/STR dedicated characters -Dirty Fighting: Reworked into a cooldown (somewhere around 2-3 rounds) free action attack that has a DC: 10 + DEX + X (trying to make it dex specific) to cause blindness/daze/stun/something. -Improved Power Attack: Reworked to have a STR mod chance on hit to stun/daze for 1-2 rounds on hit with DC: 10 + STR + X (making it STR specific). If this is too much, then maybe just doubling the dmg given by PA/IPA.

I don't know that anyone takes Stealthy and Alertness iirc is only taken as a prerequisite to a class and Epic Reputation is also a skipped feat overall as there are no real uses for it in game. Skill Focus I don't see a big issue with few builds need to boost their skills outside of Rogue skills(search, open lock, disable trap) most skill do well at high levels w/o specifically maxing them out.
Considering the availability of Poison and Disease immunity from gear those wouldn't do much unless stronger than gear but then that would probably be too powerful. If you did make them stronger there needs to be some added requirement to activate that another feat or a stat score or some 2ndary trigger.
There have been calls to make Dirty Fighting do something for decade the Improved Power Attack is new but I could see it fitting in as a good way to use a Fighters abundance of feats. I can't see how good those specific suggestions are right now to weight in on them more.

Stealthy is a good call on a human base (other feat would be blooded) or orc base (gets blooded for free) fighter (or other classes that can't fit in hide).

I forgot Stealthy was the LSA unlock for Hide so I am corrected there which further to me leads to no change needed. I don't think all feats have a place on HG and just making more functions to feats could just lead to a balancing issue to prevent certain feats from topping others, which is already a bit of a case, and over crowding the desired feat list for many builds.
