I did not know until today that the feat Rapier Wit works for not only rapiers, but it works for daggers as well. I looked back through updates and could find no mention of this at all, but it is stated in the documentation summery. The feat did not work with anything but rapiers when it was introduced, and looking back there was an old 2011ish post by Funky stating it was working as intended by only affecting rapiers. I am curious when this was changed, was it forgotten in an Mod Update?

Warning - Do not drink beverages while reading this!
I can't imagine why anyone would want to, but I suppose this would make a Pixie RDD control Bloodfire Mage more viable...

Other than out of necessity for a small character to wield 1h (or dual wield) there is zero reason for using a dagger as it has a lower base damage 1-4 vs 1-8 and more importantly a lower critical threat range 19-20 vs 18-20, although if dual wielding you can reduce the inherent AB negative from -4 to -2 for small and medium characters.

I have known about this and tested it some time ago and similarly I heard it through others it is handy for things like my Half-Eladrin Rapier Wit Pally prior to getting the demi stats and such that make being a 2H more viable.
