DM Quest for water and levitation rings

Hi.

I'm looking for a DM Quest for water and levitation rings for me and two other friends. How we are currently above lvl 30, we can't acquire that rings normally anymore.

Can some DM help me?

Ah, I need other request, I wrong named my char, as Cleric Cleric. The correct would be Cesar Cleric. Its possible to change it?

PS: Sorry for ask here, but we can't find any DM on DM Channel since we started the server.

Renaming characters causes too many problems on our server, with status tags and others things. If you're not happy with a name, the time to change it is level 1.
As far as water and levitation ring quests go, there will be a place in the militiae where you can exchange rare level 35 weapons for the rings you are missing, starting tommorow.
As to not being able to find dms, you need to try the shout channel rather than dm channel. There's usually at least one dm on, but most often as a player.
