I received this email, but can't find any consolidated post on ALL of the changes in this update, have looked all over, could someone point me to the changes for spells and such?

The spells update is here! All non-epic spells were upgraded to mesh with legendary casterlevels, allowing casters to advance to new heights of power! Many brand new spell edits were also introduced, so casters will have a powerful new arsenal with which to play. Another big change also occurred this update - the experience requirement for Legendary Levels was flattened, and decreased, to provide a more even level distrivbution for parties, and to allow greater ease in reaching the elusive level 60! The new requirement is lmost a third lower, at 12.5 million experience instead of 17.5 million. MOre big changes are on the horizon, as well. New and shorter legendary areas are planned, for people logging in who do not have the time to commit to the longer runs. At least one new class is in the works, the staffmaster, a blending of the weaponmaster and the wizard! Another round of secret subraces is coming soon, to be found as random loot, and item level restrictions will soon be restructured to scale to 60th level!

Here's the full info, from the board: UPDATE 4-22 =========== -Modified all spells to scale to level 60! We anticipate a few potential balance problems to result from such a sweeping change, as well as a few bugs, so a second round of edits may follow soon after this. Also modified a number of other spells to increase their usefulness. See the books in the item shop for details. -Decreased the amount of experience needed to get to level 60 from 17.5M to 12.5M. Characters that had experience in excess of 12.5M are being given tokens for special rewards to compensate their wasted experience. -Updated dustbone weapons to eliminate overlapping physical damage types. -Modified monster spell resistances in legendary areas to compensate for increased PC penetration scores. -Fixed a bug with divine power. -Fixed the shifter bug after immortality rezzes.
