Can something be done to improve atomie? Maybe give it one more dex or something? At the moment it's more comparable to tiefling halfling than it is to any of the other UR subraces. You know an UR subrace is bad when it has no trade value for treant, which has a severe weakness.

Not sure where youre getting that from. Let's compare.
"Tiefling" (secret subrace) - no race requirement DEX +2, INT +2, CHA -2, +2 bluff, +2 hide, free feat: Darkvision, resist fire 5/-, resist cold 5/-, resist electrical 5/-
"Atomie" (secret UltraRare subrace) - requires Halfling (adds wings) DEX +3, WIS -2, INT +2, CHA +2, +5 pick pocket, increased base movement rate - very fast, able to walk on quicksand
Atomie is pretty much the top race for rogues. Its at +5 stats next to +2 for tiefling, and offers the +3 on the subraces + stat, a good advantage. Add very fast speed and AND quicksand walking and there's just no comparison. You may simply not be asking anyone interested in making a rogue atm, which may be an issue with several of the subraces.

I'll see if I can use your reasoning, but I dont have much hope after being told flatly "Atomie kinda sucks". BTW, tieflings can be halflings as well, for a +4 dex mod. Also the +6 dex mod on a halfling lycan pretty much overshadows Atomie.
