OK after feedback from various players forget the spell resist feat suggestion as it seems everyone feels this does not add any dimension to a monk.
So, this is a tweak to an old suggestion that takes in new mechanics that have been made available. The suggestion is around Stunning Fist and also the use of !command to change the ability, duration and spell pene are based on monk levels.
A successful hit and spell pene with Stunning Fist can now do Bigby, the bigby usable depends upon the level of the monk and is selected by: !handinter (needs 20 monk) or !handgrasp (needs 30 monk) or !handforce (needs 40 monk) or !handclench (needs 50 monk) or !handcrush (needs 60 monk) On a hit spell penetration must succeed based upon; monk level (include LL) +10 + 1d20
Duration is Monk level (Including LL) / 15, so a pure monk can do a stunning fist for 4 rounds.
Due to the changes, the new stunning fist can work on mind and crit immune spawns. The balance comes from: 1. Number of stunning fists are limited to monk levels (max 40) 2. A stunning fist is used up even if the ability misses. 3. Need to beat the spawns SR (less chance for a compromise monk build). 4. Duration is balanced to a max of 4 rounds for a pure monk and 2-3 rounds for most other builds.
Hope this receives better feedback from all. Cheers Lala
